To whom it may concern:
I’m sending you the YouTube version of this gentleman’s statement, Bank of International Settlements GM, Mr. Agustin Carstens, because YouTube provides for subtitles to the spoken word as a standard option on their video platform. Between my hearing, and this man’s heavy Latin accent, I wasn’t able to understand much of what he was saying when I first heard him speak on Twitter.
Not surprisingly, I was unable to find a written MSM transcript or story covering Mr. Carsten’s proclamation anywhere online. That doesn’t mean there’s not one out there, somewhere, it just means I didn’t look very extensively.
The best I could come up with, then, was a story written by “The International Chronicles”, and Moody’s Analytics.
