First, Khazarian-directed terrorists deliberately derailed the a Norfolk Southern freight train so that the train wreck looked like this:

Then the Khazarian-controlled authorities purposefully blew up the 5 train cars containing the highly poisonous vinyl chloride which released extremely toxic hydrogen chloride and phosgene into the air:
