The Globalists have long been in the process of setting up a dictatorial and totalitarian oligarchy over the United States.\u00a0 Now they are putting the last pieces in place.\u00a0 That is what is behind the pushes for the USMCA \u201cTrade Agreement\u201d, an Article V convention, and red-flag and other laws to disarm the American People.\u00a0 The Globalists want to move the United States into the North American Union.<\/p>\n
USMCA \u201cTrade Agreement\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n The USMCA \u201cTrade Agreement\u201d is, in reality, a\u00a0Transfer of Sovereignty Agreement<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0 It provides for\u00a0the economic and financial integration<\/em>\u00a0of Canada, the United States, and Mexico<\/em>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>\u00a0<\/sup>In addition to putting the three countries under global regulation of a host of issues such as patents, environmental regulation, labor, immigration policy, prohibition of discriminatory practices respecting sexual preferences and \u201cgender identity\u201d in the workplaces;[1] it puts the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in control of our economy and binds us to submit to\u00a0an international monetary system<\/em>\u00a0which is to be administered and enforced (at least initially) by the IMF and which will replace our collapsing Federal Reserve system.[2]<\/p>\n Every word, clause, sentence, paragraph, page, chapter, and appendix of the USMCA \u201cTrade Agreement\u201d is in blatant violation of our Declaration of Independence and Constitution.<\/p>\n North American Union<\/strong><\/p>\n The North American Union brings about\u00a0the political integration<\/em>\u00a0of\u00a0Canada, the United States, and Mexico<\/em>. \u00a0The Task Force Report on Building a North American Community<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0[<\/strong>link<\/strong><\/a>]\u00a0<\/strong>sponsored by\u00a0The Council on Foreign Relations<\/strong>\u00a0provides for (among other horrors):<\/p>\n To merge the functions of our police and military and combine it with those of Canada and Mexico;[4] and to permit a Parliament to be set up over and above the United States, is altogether repugnant to our existing Constitution. \u00a0But\u00a0this<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0is what the Globalists and the Political Elite of both parties want<\/em>. \u00a0Before they can impose it on us, they need to get a new Constitution for the United States.<\/p>\n An Article V Convention<\/strong><\/p>\n And that\u2019s the purpose of an Article V convention<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 to get a new constitution for this Country which legalizes the USMCA \u201cTrade Agreement\u201d and transforms the United States\u00a0from<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0a sovereign nation\u00a0to<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0a member state of the North American Union.<\/p>\n But Americans don\u2019t want another constitution, and they don\u2019t want to be moved into the North American Union.<\/p>\n So!\u00a0 Some of those pushing for an Article V convention, such as the \u201cConvention of States Project\u201d (COS)\u00a0are marketing a convention to appeal to conservatives.\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0COS and their allies such as Mark Levin claim to be for limited government and say they want a convention to get amendments to \u201climit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government\u201d.\u00a0 Sadly, those who\u00a0don\u2019t know<\/em>\u00a0that our Constitution already limits the power and jurisdiction of the federal government to a tiny handful of enumerated powers<\/em>\u00a0[they are listed on\u00a0this one page Chart<\/strong><\/a>] fall for the marketing.[5]<\/p>\n But some of those pushing for an Article V convention, and certainly those\u00a0financing<\/em>\u00a0the push for a convention,[6] actually do intend to \u201climit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government\u201d;\u00a0and they intend to do it by transferring the powers our Constitution delegates to the federal government (plus the powers reserved to the States or the People)\u00a0to<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0the global government which they are setting up over us<\/em>.[7]<\/p>\n This Flyer<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0shows why Delegates to an Article V convention (called for the ostensible purpose of proposing amendments to our existing Constitution) have the right and power to\u00a0ignore their instructions<\/em>\u00a0and impose a new Constitution which puts us under a completely new Form of government \u2013 such as the North American Union.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Red flag Laws & Gun Confiscation<\/strong><\/p>\n When Americans\u00a0finally\u00a0<\/strong>see what has been done and how they have been deceived, they will be angry.\u00a0\u00a0That\u2019s why they must be disarmed now<\/em>.\u00a0 But\u00a0all<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0federal gun control laws for the Country at Large are unconstitutional as outside the scope of powers granted to Congress; as in violation of Article I, \u00a78, clauses 15 & 16; and as in violation of the Second Amendment.\u00a0 And any pretended\u00a0State law<\/em>\u00a0which contradicts its State Constitution\u00a0or<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0which interferes with Congress\u2019 power (granted by Art. I, \u00a78, cl. 16) to \u201corganize, arm, and discipline, the Militia\u201d, is also unconstitutional [link<\/strong><\/a>].\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Red flag laws also violate the privileges and immunities clause of Article IV, \u00a72; and the due process clauses of the 5th<\/sup>\u00a0Amendment and \u00a71 of the 14th<\/sup>\u00a0Amendment.
