\nmorphed into Tropical Storm Alex as it approaches South Florida.<\/h1>\n

\nalways keep the same name throughout the entirety of their

\nHurricane Center clearly indicates that all of these named
\nstorms always keep the same name as they are upgraded and
\ndowngraded, from the beginning of their trajectory to the
