Gerald Hauser puts the Green Minister of Health Johannes Rauch under considerable pressure.\u00a0But the impact on the hard ground of reality will hit that part of the medical profession in particular who naively believed the evidenceless assurances from the ministry that the corona preparations were safe.\u00a0In the ten-page answer to the questions about liability for the Covid injections, it becomes clear: Rauch apparently gets scared and brushes himself off at the vaccinators.\u00a0They would have to fulfill their obligation to provide information.\u00a0Otherwise, repeated disregard could result in horrendous penalties of up to 14,000 euros.<\/strong><\/p>\n
As early as July of the previous year ,\u00a0Wochenblick\u00a0<\/em>reported<\/a>\u00a0that the vaccination doctor could\u00a0very likely be held responsible in the event of vaccination damage<\/strong>\u00a0.\u00a0This is when the patient\u00a0has not sufficiently\u00a0<\/strong>informed\u00a0<\/strong>in advance about the possible negative consequences<\/strong>\u00a0of the injection, such as the\u00a0many well-known and serious side effects<\/strong>\u00a0.\u00a0Because, as Freiliche Hauser repeatedly emphasized:\u00a0“Vaccination is the problem, not the disease!”<\/strong>\u00a0And now the\u00a0corona sting could become a problem for many vaccination doctors.\u00a0<\/strong>The\u00a0tireless FP\u00d6 mandatar Mag. Gerald Hauser,<\/strong>\u00a0who repeatedly presents the government with its many sophisticated inquiries, emphasized to the\u00a0Wochenblick<\/em>\u00a0:\u00a0“Without my incredible team, this enormously high number of hits would not have been possible<\/strong>\u00a0.\u00a0Just the many hours of research that are necessary to prepare a well-founded inquiry;\u00a0I would never be able to do that on my own,\u201d says the man from Freedom, emphasizing the\u00a0importance of his team<\/strong>\u00a0.<\/p>\n

Rauch shifts responsibility to doctors<\/h2>\n
Because that is exactly what the Minister of Health<\/strong>\u00a0‘s answer to the parliamentary question confirms\u00a0.\u00a0He seems to be trying to pull his own head out of the ever-tightening noose and want to shirk\u00a0responsibility<\/strong>\u00a0.\u00a0Although he\u00a0prescribes the “vaccinations”, liability is shifted entirely to the medical profession.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Doctors would have\u00a0to provide sufficient information about the benefits and risks of the treatment in advance<\/strong>\u00a0so that the person concerned can\u00a0make an informed and free decision<\/strong>\u00a0.\u00a0The\u00a0consequences for the doctors<\/strong>\u00a0are also mentioned in the response:\u00a0”\u00a0The function of the\u00a0<\/strong>information<\/strong>\u00a0is to protect the\u00a0freedom of decision of the person concerned.\u00a0<\/strong>” of medical professional duties<\/strong>\u00a0.\u00a0This can be\u00a0punished under administrative and\/or disciplinary<\/strong>\u00a0law as\u00a0well as have consequences under liability law.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n
This could lead to an extremely\u00a0painful awakening for those vaccinators<\/strong>\u00a0who have relied on\u00a0statements from the Ministry of Health that the syringes are safe.\u00a0<\/strong>Because a veritable\u00a0tsunami of lawsuits could come to the gullible physicians<\/strong>\u00a0.<\/p>\n

The answer to the Hauser query also reveals another point that\u00a0Wochenblick<\/em>\u00a0has already discussed in detail (including\u00a0here<\/a>\u00a0,\u00a0here<\/a>\u00a0,\u00a0here<\/a>\u00a0,\u00a0here<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0here<\/a>\u00a0): the\u00a0enormous influence of the pharmaceutical industry on the medical profession and the entire healthcare system.\u00a0In 2020 alone,\u00a0Pfizer pumped over 31 million euros<\/a>\u00a0into the Austrian healthcare system<\/strong>\u00a0.\u00a0Rauch’s answer shows that there have been a total of\u00a0143 training courses for vaccination doctors on the subject of Covid vaccinations<\/strong>\u00a0.\u00a0The organization DFP, which runs these events,\u00a0according to its website<\/a>sponsored by the pharmaceutical companies Sanofi, Merck Sharp & Dohme, Valneva and Johnson & Johnson.\u00a0<\/strong>So the question arises as to\u00a0how detailed vaccination damage is dealt with at such events.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The answers to questions four to seven make it clear that the\u00a0medical profession bears full responsibility and liability in connection with the vaccination and its side effects and is<\/strong>\u00a0left hanging by the Ministry of Health.\u00a0Because\u00a0Rauch cleans himself with the following formulation<\/strong>\u00a0: “The scope of medical education has been shown in the Austrian vaccination plan for years and I can assume that doctors work in accordance with the recommendations and the state of the art.”<\/p>\n
As\u00a0Wochenblick\u00a0<\/em>reported<\/a>\u00a0in detail last year\u00a0, the\u00a0penalty for violating the obligation to report side effects or lack of effectiveness<\/strong>\u00a0(according to the Medicines Act)\u00a0is 7,500 euros, and up to 14,000 euros in repeated cases.\u00a0However, oddly enough, not a single notification of this has been received so far.\u00a0<\/strong>As it seems,\u00a0those affected have to take action themselves<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0.<\/p>\n

Is vaccine breakthrough a side effect?<\/h2>\n
Suspected side effects should always be reported,<\/strong>\u00a0said Rauch.\u00a0This report must be sent to the Federal Office for Safety in Health Care (BASG)<\/strong>\u00a0.\u00a0In addition,\u00a0patients and their relatives could also voluntarily report side effects directly to the BASG<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0.\u00a0A\u00a0side effect is any reaction to the vaccine that is harmful and unintended.\u00a0<\/strong>In the case of vaccines, this\u00a0also includes the lack of an effect<\/strong>\u00a0.\u201d So the question arises: is it already a\u00a0reportable side effect<\/strong>\u00a0if a gene-treated person subsequently becomes infected with corona and actually becomes ill \u2013 i.e. has a so-called \u201c\u00a0vaccination breakthrough<\/strong>\u00a0\u201d?<\/p>\n

Vaccination status mostly not recorded<\/h2>\n
A particularly explosive point is dealt with in the answer to question eight:\u00a0Is the vaccination status recorded at all?\u00a0<\/strong>When a doctor takes the\u00a0medical history<\/strong>\u00a0(anamnesis) of a patient,\u00a0all information about medication taken and vaccinations administered<\/strong>\u00a0would also have to be recorded.\u00a0Because\u00a0otherwise a connection between symptoms and a previous injection cannot be established.<\/strong><\/p>\n
Many\u00a0doctors who treat vaccination side effects complain that precisely this information on corona vaccinations is very often missing in the medical history.\u00a0<\/strong>According to the Minister of\u00a0Health\u00a0<\/strong>, “there is no explicit legal obligation to collect a ‘vaccination status'”.\u00a0<\/strong>But: \u201cAs part of the anamnesis, all information that is necessary for the clarification of a clinical picture must be obtained.\u00a0If there is a suspicion of a vaccination side effect or the lack of the expected effectiveness”, doctors are obliged to report to the BASG immediately.<\/p>\n

Illegal data synchronization?<\/h2>\n
On page five of the answer, another spicy point comes up.\u00a0The Minister of Health writes: \u201cIf fully vaccinated people contract COVID-19, this is called a vaccine breakthrough.\u00a0In order to counteract underreporting,\u00a0the data from the epidemiological reporting system EMS is compared with that from the e-vaccination card.\u00a0<\/strong>This raises the question of whether this procedure is even legal under data protection law.\u00a0As is well known, ELGA\u00a0refused to keep the vaccination register in order not to make itself legally vulnerable<\/strong>\u00a0(\u00a0Wochenblick\u00a0<\/em>reported<\/a>\u00a0).<\/p>\n
