<\/div>\nWhile Russiagate still simmers, Chinagate is coming to a boil \u2014 both highly politicized, nothing credible supporting them.<\/em><\/p>\n No evidence in modern memory suggests US election meddling by other countries.<\/em><\/p>\n If attempted, they\u2019d accomplish nothing because of the US political system \u2014 a one-party state with two right wings.<\/p>\n On issues mattering most, there\u2019s not a dime\u2019s worth of difference between them, just the illusion of different agendas.<\/p>\n Both are hostile to democratic governance the way it should be.<\/p>\n They notably oppose world peace, stability, social justice, and the rule of law.<\/p>\n They\u2019re hostile to virtually everything just societies hold dear \u2014 exploiting ordinary people at home and abroad to benefit privileged ones.<\/p>\n Trump is a congenital liar, why nothing he says should be taken at face value.<\/p>\n On Wednesday, he falsely accused China of \u201cdo(ing) anything they can\u201d to help\u00a0Joe Biden<\/strong>\u00a0defeat him in November.<\/p>\n China bashing by him, hardliners surrounding him, and GOP congressional members are all about trying to falsely shift blame for failed Trump regime policies in dealing with COVID-19 and economic collapse onto Beijing.<\/p>\n China\u2019s Foreign Ministrry spokesman Geng Shaung denounced the US blame game, saying the following:<\/p>\n \u201cThey have only one objective: to shirk their responsibility for their own poor epidemic prevention and control measures and divert public attention.\u201d<\/p>\n He debunked phony claims about Chinese US election interference, saying:<\/p>\n \u201cThe US presidential election is an internal affair. We have no interest in interfering in it.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWe hope the people of the US will not drag China into its election politics.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Political scientist Huang Jing explained that Trump\u2019s blame game aims to further his reelection prospects.<\/p>\n He advised Beijing to \u201cstay calm and avoid overreacting while trying to prevent (US moves for unacceptable COVID-19 reparations) from developing into a global trend.\u201d<\/p>\n Separately, Chinese broadcaster CCTV blasted neocon hardliner\u00a0Mike Pompeo<\/strong>, saying:<\/p>\n He \u201chas shown no professionalism or responsibility whatsoever,\u201d adding:<\/p>\n \u201cInstead, he spreads a political virus of estrangement through falsehoods.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cHe has turned himself into an obstacle, setting back all humanity. One could say, he is an accomplice to the coronavirus.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Interviewed by NBC News on Tuesday, Chinese\u00a0Vice Foreign Minister Le Yucheng<\/strong>\u00a0said \u201cat this critical and trying moment, China and the US (should) put aside\u2026differences\u2026to confront our common enemy, the virus,\u201d adding:<\/p>\n \u201c(S)ome (US officials) have gravely politicized the COVID-19 issue.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cChina has been open, transparent and responsible in its COVID-19 response.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWe did not cover up anything, and did not delay any efforts.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWe have already publicized the time line of how we have shared the information on COVID-19.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cChinese government officials, the general public, and individual citizens are outraged as some US political figures are using COVID-19 to slander China\u201d with their own aims and ambitions in mind.<\/p>\n \u201c(A) Republican campaign memo goes so far as to advise the candidates to address COVID-19 issues by directly attacking China.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cSuch flagrant moves have taken political manipulation to a level beyond anyone\u2019s imagination.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n The blame game is longstanding US policy, falsely accusing other nations and their leadership for its own high crimes and other hostile actions.<\/p>\n The Trump regime\u2019s National Security Strategy called China a \u201cstrategic competitor.\u201d<\/p>\n Both wings of the US war party treat all sovereign independent nations as strategic enemies, especially China, Russia and Iran.<\/p>\n On the concocted issue of demanding reparations from China for spreading COVID-19 infections, Le Yucheng called the scheme \u201ca preposterous political farce,\u201d adding:<\/p>\n \u201cIt has no legal basis. These is no international law that supports blaming a country simply for being the first to report a disease. Neither does history offer any such precedent.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n It\u2019s \u201cblackmail,\u201d what Beijing categorically rejects.<\/p>\n On Tuesday,\u00a0Geng Shaung<\/strong>\u00a0accused US politicians of \u201clying through their teeth\u201d about China, while covering up their own failures.<\/p>\n That goes for Trump, hardliners surrounding him, and anti-China congressional members.<\/p>\n Geng: \u201cWe advise American politicians to reflect on their own problems and try their best to control the epidemic as soon as possible, instead of continuing to play tricks to deflect blame.\u201d<\/p>\n Missouri\u2019s lawsuit against China for damages is \u201cabsurd\u2026(N)o factual or legal basis\u201d supports it.<\/p>\n Is COVID-19 and its economic fallout a diabolical US scheme to demonize, isolate, and weaken China politically and economically.<\/p>\n It has clear earmarks of this objective, along with arranging a transfer of enormous wealth to US monied interests at the expense of public health and welfare, and the further erosion of fundamental rights and social justice.<\/p>\n Time and again, things aren\u2019t as they seem. What\u2019s going on may not be natural as widely reported.<\/p>\n It may be a diabolical US plot aimed at achieving the above objectives \u2014 a second 9\/11.<\/p>\n The fullness of time will explain when more about what\u2019s going on and what\u2019s behind it is known.<\/p>\n
