HR 6666<\/a>: First Legislative Effort to Codify CV Response<\/h1>\n

And so it begins with the first Congressional effort to codify what may be the first of many unconstitutional legislative attempts to create a totalitarian One World Government under the guise of attacking the coronavirus COVID-19.<\/b><\/p>\n

Some weeks ago the UN\u2019s World Health Organization recommended house-to-house searches for family members infected with COVID-19 and the removal of those infected into a mandatory quarantine.\u00a0 <\/span>The American reaction was mostly \u2018it could never happen here\u2019\u00a0 <\/span>but that has not stopped House Democrats from introducing <\/b>HR 6666 <\/b><\/a>, lso known as the TRACE (<\/b>Testing, Reaching and Contacting Everyone<\/b><\/span>) Act .<\/b><\/p>\n

Introduced by Rep. Bobby Rush (D-Ill) on May 1,\u00a0 <\/span>the <\/b>TRACE Act<\/b><\/a> would establish a nationwide contact and quarantine program, has been referred to the House Energy and Commerce Committee for a yet-to-be-scheduled hearing before the Health Subcommittee. \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

That subcommittee has a hearing scheduled for Thursday, May 14 on \u201c<\/b>Protecting Scientific Integrity in COVID-19 Response<\/b><\/a>\u201d <\/b><\/span>with no published description of the hearing or list of witnesses.\u00a0 <\/span>With 39 <\/b>co-sponsors<\/b><\/a>, HR 6666 could be rolled into a larger CV response legislative package yet to be introduced. \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

HR 6666 grants $100 billion to the CDC (Center for Disease Control) to establish a local mobile health unit in each community to conduct a diagnostic door-to-door COVID-19 testing program.\u00a0 <\/span>With the ACLU nowhere in sight, there is no doubt of HR 6666\u2019s unconstitutionality as the Act states that such testing will take place \u201cat individuals\u2019 residences\u201d.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

The bill goes on to establish the effort to \u201c<\/i><\/b>trace and monitor the contacts of infected individuals and to support the quarantine of such individuals.<\/b><\/span>\u2019\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

In other words, TRACE not only allows a massive dragnet-type effort to seek and find those infected in what may amount to enforced home invasions, but also to force compliance by requiring the names of all individuals an infected person has had contact with \u2013 all of which raises the constitutionality of the entire CV effort with the ultimate goal being mandatory worldwide vaccinations. <\/b><\/p>\n

HR 6666 is <\/i>unconstitutional as it violates the Fourth Amendment which guarantees every American citizen the right to be secure in their own home.\u00a0 <\/i>Since George Soros $50 million gift in 2016, t<\/i>he ACLU has been noticeably AWOL on many important constitutional issues.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Dr. Rashid Buttar has said that Ventura, California will be the first test location to initiate the TRACE program.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In addition, Microsoft was recently granted <\/b>Patent #060606<\/b><\/a> for a \u201ccrypto-currency system using human body activity data.\u201d\u00a0 <\/span>In other words, Gates, a maniacal control freak, now owns the patent to conduct global surveillance via a quantum tatoo\u00a0<\/span>inserted as a chip into the human body.\u00a0 <\/span>Gates has been advocating for a comprehensive <\/b>digital surveillance<\/b><\/a> system for some time. <\/b><\/p>\n

Reminiscing about how British children were evacuated to the countryside during the WW II bombing of London, The Queen <\/b>says it all<\/b><\/a>:<\/b><\/p>\n

“…evacuated from their homes and sent away for their own safety.
\n<\/span>Today,\u00a0 <\/span>once again, many will <\/i>feel a painful separation from their
\nloved ones but now, as then, we know, deep down, it is the right
\nthing to do.”<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

Presumably the royal family will line up for public inspection to allow its children to be tested and quarantined, \u2018away from home\u2019 if necessary.\u00a0 <\/span>Belated kudos to Harry and Meghan for making their break to freedom \u2013 they got out just in time.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n
