America\u2019s favorite governor (at least among Conservatives and patriots) just threw an outside slider to liberals and Democrats and as usual, they swung and missed.<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday, DeSantis announced he was going to create a new police unit in Florida which would be tasked with enhancing election integrity in Florida. The new \u201cOffice of Election Crimes and Security\u201d would detail 25 full-time sworn law enforcement officers and other investigators to investigate voter fraud and other election law violations,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/redstate.com\/mike_miller\/2021\/11\/03\/desantis-announces-full-time-police-unit-to-catch-election-cheats-democrats-reduced-to-histrionics-n469273\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RedState reports.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>DeSantis announced the new unit at a news conference in West Palm beach and it comes just a few months after the governor signed new election integrity laws which tightened security for mail-in ballots and came at the same time a number of states are seeking statewide audits of 2020 election results.<\/p>\n<p>The governor guaranteed that efforts to curb election fraud would be ongoing:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cI guarantee you this: The first person that gets caught, no one is going to want to do it again after that.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>DeSantis said he would ask the Florida legislature, controlled by Republicans to add additional restrictions on the use of ballot drop boxes, which indicated the popular Florida governor no longer supports the use of drop boxes due to security concerns.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cI don\u2019t even think we should have drop boxes,\u201d DeSantis said.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One area where DeSantis indicated where the new unit would work was as follows:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cIf someone\u2019s ballot harvesting, you report it to these people and this is their sole job. Some of these counties, some of them will do the cases but that\u2019s not their expertise. They got all these other crimes that they have to deal with. So by the time it happens, the election\u2019s already over.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For those unfamiliar, \u201cballot harvesting\u201d is \u201cthe practice of allowing political operatives and others to collect voters\u2019 ballots and turn them in en masse to polling stations,\u201d and has drawn criticism and concerns from voter integrity watchdog groups, fearing it breeds voter fraud,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/what-is-ballot-harvesting\">Fox News said.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Democrats of course lost their mind over the new unit, led by Florida State Rep. Anna Eskamani:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cMore attacks on voting coming to Florida. Just like in 2020 we had elections last night in our state w\/no issues. Why does our Governor keep creating partisan chaos? Why is she calling it \u201cpartisan chaos\u201d as if Democrats are the only ones who are committing election fraud?<\/p>\n<p>Under the new unit, DeSantis said, \u201cIf someone\u2019s ballot harvesting, you report it to these people, and this is their sole job,\u201d\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/2021\/11\/florida-governor-ron-desantis-holds-presser-announces-new-law-enforcement-office-election-integrity\/\">Gateway Pundit reported.<\/a>\u00a0He is seeking to classify the new \u201cballot harvesting law\u201d as a third-degree felony.<\/p>\n<p>The governor then addressed the current economic malaise affecting the country.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA recession is when your neighbor loses his job. A depression is when you lose yours. A recover is when Dr. Fauci loses his. He\u2019s been wrong time and again. His policies have been damaging to tens of millions of people.<\/p>\n<p>And we know what the NIH has been doing, is cruelty to animals, with what they\u2019re doing to these beagles and these puppies. DeSantis Election Integrity press conference.<\/p>\n<p>Massive triggering of liberals underway &#x1f602;&#x1f602;&#x1f602;<a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/qGtes86Cda\">pic.twitter.com\/qGtes86Cda<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Trump4America (@trump4_america)\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/trump4_america\/status\/1455915624446693382?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 3, 2021<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For more on election integrity, we invite you to read a piece we did from last year on that topic.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DIG DEEPER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PHILADELPHIA, PA-\u00a0<\/strong>Philadelphia seems to be ground zero for possible election fraud, and according to Daniel Greenfield, a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the Freedom Center details some questionable incidents over the past month or two in the city, along with a long history of fraud.<\/p>\n<p>In October, according to an\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.govtech.com\/elections\/Laptop-USB-Drives-Stolen-from-Pennsylvania-Election-Warehouse.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">article in the\u00a0<em>Patriot News<\/em><\/a><em>,<\/em>\u00a0a company that supplies voting machines to Philadelphia was broken into, with an employee\u2019s laptop and data-filled USB drives stolen, as reported\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/6abc.com\/laptop-usb-drives-stolen-from-elections-warehouse\/6683088\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">in 6ABC in Philly<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>At the time, election officials claimed that the laptop did not contain any election materials on it, nor was it capable of programming election machines. They also said that the stolen USB drives were encrypted and allegedly contained multiple levels of security to protect the data, officials said.<\/p>\n<p>However,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/whyy.org\/articles\/lax-security-measures-discovered-at-philly-election-warehouse-where-materials-were-stolen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">according to WHYY<\/a>, one of their reporters was able to enter the warehouse unabated and roam around the warehouse for several minutes before being asked to leave. The reporter said he was able to walk past hundreds of voting machines, various boxes and other unidentified equipment without running into anyone. The reporter noted that he did not see any security cameras in the facility.<\/p>\n<p>That wasn\u2019t the only issue apparently.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inquirer.com\/news\/philadelphia-election-voting-machines-theft-integrity-trump-city-commissioners-20201001.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">According to the\u00a0<em>Philadelphia Inquirer<\/em><\/a><em>,\u00a0<\/em>they confirmed the lack of security cameras in the warehouse although employees had previously asked that they be installed.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, an inspection of the voting machines which was implemented after the theft showed that more than 20 cases where the serial numbers on the seals did not match up with records kept by election officials. They dismissed the discrepancy on a logging error, and claimed it is not evidence of tampering.<\/p>\n<p>After the security lapses became public, a spokesperson for Mayor Jim Kenny claimed that police had established an around-the-clock presence, and that strict log-in procedures had been implemented for anyone entering or exiting the building.<\/p>\n<p>That was the least of the problems, however. The machines have apparently been incorrectly recording votes. A previous election in Northampton County showed that voters who voted Republican apparently\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wlvr.org\/2020\/10\/votebeat-are-northampton-county-voting-machines-ready-for-election-day\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">suffered<\/a>\u00a0\u201ca weird technical glitch\u201d which resulted in votes being cast for Republicans went to an \u201cinstructional text box.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to the manufacturer, it was a result of \u201chuman error\u201d while claiming that it\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsmax.com\/us\/machine-voting-philadelphia-expressvote-xl\/2020\/06\/01\/id\/969889\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">only affected<\/a>\u00a0around 30% of the machines.<\/p>\n<p>According to Greenfield, Northampton County is\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lehighvalleylive.com\/elections\/2020\/11\/northampton-county-does-it-again-with-narrow-flip-for-biden-bellwether-maintains-record.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">said<\/a>\u00a0to be a \u201cbellwether\u201d county, and allegedly flipped over to Biden, while reporting that margins in some key precincts were limited to between \u201ca handful to hundreds of votes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/us-usa-election-pennsylvania-machines-ex\/exclusive-philadelphias-new-voting-machines-under-scrutiny-in-tuesdays-elections-idUSKBN23828J\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Reuters<\/a>, however reported that there were problems with 366 of the same model of voting machines in Philadelphia. Last year, the city replaced its obsolete voting machine equipment with 3,750 ExpressVote XL machines.<\/p>\n<p>Last November, some 320 machines in Northampton County were said to have been \u201cconfigured improperly at our factory prior to delivery to Northampton County,\u201d the outlet said.<\/p>\n<p>The manufacturer stated that voting machines will\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsmax.com\/us\/machine-voting-philadelphia-expressvote-xl\/2020\/06\/01\/id\/969889\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">only accept<\/a>\u00a0\u201ccertified and approved USB flash drives containing encrypted data,\u201d which were the ones apparently stolen prior to election day.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time the laptop and USB drives went missing, there were issues in other parts of Philadelphia. In Allentown, an elections judge was charged with \u201cinsertion and alteration of entries in documents and prying into ballots.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The morning call reported that the Reverend Everett E. Bickford, who apparently now identifies as \u201cEriika\u201d who wears flowers in his\/her hair along with heavy makeup was arrested, however still allowed to act in the capacity of an election judge.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_145078\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-145078\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lawenforcementtoday.com\/is-philadelphia-where-the-election-integrity-of-america-dies-forever\/bickford\/#main\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-145078\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-145078\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lawenforcementtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Bickford-300x199.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lawenforcementtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Bickford-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.lawenforcementtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Bickford-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.lawenforcementtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Bickford-768x510.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.lawenforcementtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Bickford.jpg 800w\" alt=\"Florida governor forms full-time 'election integrity investigative unit' with 25 sworn law enforcement officers\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cRev.\u201d Everett (Erika) Bickford photo: YouTube screenclip<\/p>\n<p>According to current numbers, Biden allegedly beat President Trump in Bickford\u2019s 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0Ward 522 to 173.<\/p>\n<p>Pennsylvania apparently has a long and not-so distinguished history of voter fraud.<\/p>\n<p>Greenfield said in 1986, for example a Philadelphia councilman named Lee Beloff, who was the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/098695f0e22d125ef072d7cec172f638\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">son of a judge<\/a>, was apparently charged along with his legislative aid and reputed mob boss \u201cLittle Nicky\u201d Scarfo for extortion of $1 million along with an apartment for his mistress.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Beloff was also indicted along with his wife and two Democratic committee members for \u201cconspiracy, voting more than once and giving false information on voter registrations to elderly people living in a nursing home.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Greenfield said that Beloff received a pardon from the Pennsylvania governor for interfering with a poll watcher so he could run for public office.<\/p>\n<p>Beloff had been sentenced to ten years and served six of that. When he got out of jail, he\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.phillymag.com\/news\/2013\/01\/14\/lee-diane-beloff-sue-luxury-drug-rehab\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">became<\/a>\u00a0a Democrat ward chairman.<\/p>\n<p>Try to follow along here. A photo taken of Beloff last year showed him with a man named Ozzier Myers. Myers is yet another \u201csuperstar\u201d fraudster and former Democrat congressman. He had been convicted of bribery and conspiracy, and was sentenced to three years in prison for the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fbi.gov\/history\/famous-cases\/abscam\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Abscam<\/a>\u00a0scandal.<\/p>\n<p>He was once again indicted this year, this time for \u201cconspiring to violate voting rights by fraudulently stuffing the ballot boxes for specific candidates in the 2014, 2015, and 2016 primary elections, bribery of an election official, falsification of records and voting more than once in federal elections.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Want more? Demuro, an election judge in the 39<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0Ward, who pled guilty to having \u201caccepted bribes in the form of money and other things of value in exchange for adding ballots to increase the vote totals for certain candidates on the voting machines in his jurisdiction and for certifying tallies of all the ballots, including the fraudulent ballots.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A Pennsylvania judge, Anthony Scirica said of voter fraud in Philadelphia that \u201c\u2026the practice of voting dead or non-resident citizens is no stranger to Pennsylvania, especially to the City of Philadelphia.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In the 1990\u2019s, William Stinson, assistant Deputy Mayor to Mayor Ed Rendell was running for state senate, with Democratic control of the Senate at stake. A poll showed that he was 4% behind his Republican opponent and it was alleged that he ordered campaign workers to get black and Latino voters to sign absentee ballots.<\/p>\n<p>In a subsequent election fraud case, evidence was heard that campaign workers had filled in the names of dead people and prison inmates.<\/p>\n<p>The following will sound familiar: when the votes were counted, Stinson had garnered 80% of absentee ballots. His Republican opponent and others thought something didn\u2019t sound right, and when\u00a0<em>The Philadelphia Inquirer<\/em>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.csmonitor.com\/1993\/1203\/03022.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">interviewed voters,<\/a>\u00a0they found 220 irregularities along with another 24 incidents where documents were forged.<\/p>\n<p>In this case, mostly minority voters were targeted, told to check boxes, vote for family members and misled into voting for the wrong candidate. It was found that in one ward, only 15% of absentee ballots had been legal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cThere were probably mistakes made by workers not understanding the rules of absentee ballots,\u201d said Rick Bloomingdale, the executive director of the Pennsylvania Democratic Party and future leader of the AFL-CIO said. \u201cIt was all intended to increase voter participation.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>And cheat.<\/p>\n<p>Stinson was eventually removed and replaced with his Republican opponent by a federal judge, since he had been winning prior to the absentee ballots arriving, while accusing the Democrat candidate and the Philadelphia County Board of Elections of a \u201cmassive scheme.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A subsequent state investigation led to charges against Stinson and two Democrat campaign workers. While Stinson admitted to unlocking voting machines and opening absentee ballots, he claimed he never actually looked at them. He was acquitted in just a few minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Philadelphia appears to be ground zero for political shenanigans. Brady is the Chairman of the Philadelphia Democratic Party.<\/p>\n<p>Greenfield noted that Brady is famous for two things\u2014winning every election with over 80% of the vote, and apparently stealing the Pope\u2019s cup. He joked about the latter, \u201cLike I\u2019m not gonna take that cup?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Brady spent 20 years as a House Democrat, where he served as ranking member of the Committee on House Administration and on the Subcommittee on Elections, being forced to step down after an FBI investigation into a payment of $90,000 by his campaign in order to get his opponent to drop out, while\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/898432f347354943b69a9d7742c05122\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">trying to bury it<\/a>\u00a0as payment for a poll.<\/p>\n<p>While two of his aides were sent to jail, Brady and his opponent were spared such a punishment. After he got out of prison, one of the aides, Ken Smukler went\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/billypenn.com\/2020\/10\/13\/bob-brady-aide-philadelphia-ken-smukler-convicted-felcon-politics-democratic-campaign\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">back to work<\/a>\u00a0with Brady and other Democratic leaders fighting to get Biden the win in Pennsulvania.
