The climate engineers have the power to chemically cool-down surface temperatures when enough atmospheric moisture is available to them. The more heavily and extensively the geoengineers utilize chemical ice nucleating materials, the more extreme the surface cooling that they can create. This is not speculation, but verifiable fact proven by\u00a0patented processes<\/a>. One example is below.<\/p>\n

Mainstream media covered the fact that\u00a0Chinese scientists are\u00a0engineering snowstorms<\/a>, are we to believe that the US government and others aren’t doing the same?<\/p>\n

The US military is as large as the next 10 largest militaries combined, thus they have the ability to carry out climate engineering (weather warfare<\/a>)\u00a0operations on the largest scale by far. Not only have US military commanders\u00a0stated\u00a0that the disintegrating climate is the\u00a0greatest national security threat<\/a>, they\u00a0have long since\u00a0stated their objective of “owning the weather”<\/a>. Are we to believe that our government would ask our permission before deploying climate engineering operations? In fact, our\u00a0government’s\u00a0own documents<\/a>\u00a0prove climate engineering has been ongoing for decades.\u00a0The \u201cdeparture from normal high temperature\u201d map below (from Dec 29, 2017) clearly revealed\u00a0where surface temperatures were\u00a0cold, and where they were\u00a0not.<\/p>\n

The arc of below normal surface temperatures began\u00a0at the Hawaiian islands and rotated\u00a0clockwise up and over the \u201cridiculously resilient ridge<\/a>\u201d of\u00a0drought creating<\/a>\u00a0a\u00a0geoengineered high pressure zone that was created over the US West (from\u00a0ionosphere heater installations like HAARP<\/a>), then descends back down to the eastern US. This\u00a0freeze \/ fry\u00a0scenario has been ongoing<\/a>\u00a0in recent years<\/em><\/p>\n

In order to\u00a0engineer an\u00a0end of year cool-down<\/a>\u00a0for parts of the US and Canada, the flow of moisture from the Pacific (that was until recently\u00a0directed completely around California) was chemically nucleated by the climate engineers. What happens when these\u00a0endothermic reacting materials<\/a>\u00a0rain down on far above freezing bodies of water like Lake Michigan? (the majority of Lake Michigan is still at nearly 45 degrees F<\/a>) \u00a0Perfectly\u00a0spherical ice balls<\/a>\u00a0form and start washing up on shorelines. The chemical nucleating elements form a nucleus around which ice continues to form.<\/p>\n
