And vice versa. Let\u2019s pretend that Ukraine, being on almost exactly the opposite side of our globe (N Hemisphere) is a \u2018natural\u2019 locus of temperature balancing, in the vice versa sense.<\/p>\n<div class=\"sketchfab-embed-wrapper\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" id=\"\" class=\"\" title=\"Earth Globe &#x1f30d;\" src=\"https:\/\/sketchfab.com\/models\/98d2b04d46474bafb4250cc75dc583b3\/embed\" width=\"400\" height=\"225\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>This polar blast ice storm in the USA wasn\u2019t TPTB\u2019s primary objective, it was the thermodynamic consequence of their intent to warm the Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>Russia can\u2019t start its ballyhooed \u2018Winter Offensive\u2019 until the ground freezes in the Ukraine. The forecast \u2018casts\u2019 doubt that Ukraine will freeze at all this year.<\/p>\n<p>December and January are typically \u2018hard freeze\u2019 months in the Ukraine. The coldest month of the year in Kiev is January, with an average low of 21\u00b0F and high of 30\u00b0F. Ukraine has never seen a December so warm, and January has no freeze in its forecast.
