He attempt to replace Dr. Simone Gold, the group\u2019s founder, with himself, while Dr. Gold was incarcerated following her medical freedom speech in the Capitol. Gilbert brought a \u201cwildly accusatory\u201d lawsuit against Dr. Gold that was dismissed.
