{"id":172805,"date":"2023-06-24T10:50:34","date_gmt":"2023-06-24T14:50:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/?p=172805"},"modified":"2023-06-24T10:50:34","modified_gmt":"2023-06-24T14:50:34","slug":"uniparty-rinos-promote-a-post-constitutional-america","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/?p=172805","title":{"rendered":"<h2>Uniparty RINOs Promote a Post Constitutional America<\/h2>"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--more-->By Renee Parsons<\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp20473428MsoNormal\">As close observers of past Presidential and Congressional campaigns have been aware, many candidates are frequently described as \u201c<i>one side of the same coin\u2019<\/i>with few authentic distinguishing policy differences.\u00a0 It took the 2016 presidential election to heighten public awareness that there is a Uniparty firmly in control of Congress which depends on RINO participation to provide the necessary votes for a totalitarian cultural agenda to prevail.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp20473428MsoNormal\">RINOs come in many shapes and sizes; some are part of the Federal bureaucracy. Congressional RINOs, once known as career politicians as the establishment wing of Republican party, may also be identified as \u2018<i>controlled opposition<\/i>.\u201d\u00a0 They rarely support Red State policies or its Republican base they were elected to represent, especially at key significant moments when they fail to deliver. Given the current struggle within the Republican party to reinvent itself, RINOs may be perceived as \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/time.com\/4396307\/paul-ryan-hillary-clinton-emails-classified-information\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">soft\u2019 Republicans<\/a> easy to recognize as their participation depends on comfort with the status quo, little belief in accountability or public disclosure and ultimately may be seen as obedient, intellectually shallow thinkers who are uncomfortable with self-assertion unless benefits exist to satisfy their Deep State ambition.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp20473428MsoNormal\">Simultaneous to the political ground shifting has been awareness that an unelected administrative state of 2.5 million full time employees (not including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bing.com\/search?q=how+many+federal+contractors&amp;form=ANSPH1&amp;refig=00a15e630639481298d35cdc0f8f4e1f&amp;pc=U531\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">4.1 million<\/a> contract employees) remain firmly embedded within the Federal bureaucracy functioning as a Shadow Government.\u00a0 With as many as seventy five <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/List_of_federal_agencies_in_the_United_States\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">federal departments and agencies<\/a>, the Shadow Government has the bureaucratic clout to instigate new federal regulations and reinterpret laws most beneficial to a post-Constitutional strategy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp20473428MsoNormal\">As the current expanding <a href=\"https:\/\/redstate.com\/smoosieq\/2023\/06\/22\/the-nation-cant-stand-john-durhams-response-to-harriet-hagemans-one-and-only-question-portends-a-chilling-truth-n765229\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">FBI and DOJ crisis<\/a> exemplifies, the administrative state\u00a0 depends on its RINO-Uniparty cronies as its right arm and to provide mutual cover; as each are unable to function independent of the other; entwined administratively to create a politicization and weaponization of the Federal government.\u00a0 As a result of 911, creation of the Department of Homeland Security,\u00a0 Office of Director of National Intelligence and the Patriot Act totally upended civil liberties leading to irrational claims of \u2018domestic terrorists\u2019 and threatening the rule of law necessary to a Constitutional Republic.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp20473428MsoNormal\">The Uniparty reliance on the administrative state depends on destabilizing a quaint Constitutional phrase known as \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncsl.org\/about-state-legislatures\/separation-of-powers-an-overview\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">separation of powers<\/a><span class=\"ydp20473428MsoHyperlink\">\u2019<\/span> which defines three branches of government with specific responsibilities (aka <a href=\"https:\/\/www.britannica.com\/topic\/checks-and-balances\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">checks and balances<\/a>) has been allowed to deteriorate from its original intent.\u00a0 As reiterated in <a href=\"https:\/\/ballotpedia.org\/Federalist_No._47_by_James_Madison_(1788)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">Federalist 47<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/ballotpedia.org\/Federalist_No._48_by_James_Madison_(1788)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">48<\/a>,\u00a0 products of James Madison\u2019s brilliance and quoting Montesquieu, \u201c<i>There can be no liberty where the legislative and executive powers are united in the same person or body of magistrates\u2019 <\/i>and Thomas Jefferson <i>\u201cAll powers of government result to the legislative body. Concentrating these in the same hands is precisely the definition of despotic government.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp20473428MsoNormal\">Prior to the 118<sup>th<\/sup> Session, Republicans had rarely distinguished themselves as much more than a \u2018get-along, go-along\u2019 part of The Club with few real independent initiatives to challenge the established political order.\u00a0\u00a0 Currently, the Uniparty\u2019s presence within the partisan infrastructure has become more public and awkward as Dems reveal the depth of their true tyrannical nature as hierarchy of the country\u2019s once most prestigious law enforcement agencies expose themselves as proxies for the Deep Stage and no longer Constitutional representatives.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp20473428MsoNormal\">It is, however, those America First-oriented House and Senate Members who, since the 2022 election results, have exhibited more grit, more courage and been willing to seriously push-back more than their predecessors as they share the stark realization that the country\u2019s future hangs in the balance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp20473428MsoNormal\">Since 2022, there has been a narrow yet vocal ten vote Republican majority in the House which has provided a safe haven for whistleblowers which is now reaching a higher level than ever seen in Congress at one time.\u00a0 While a RINO presence is found in every Congressional Committee, it is especially the House Judiciary, House Oversight and the <a href=\"https:\/\/mail.google.com\/mail\/u\/0\/?pli=1#inbox\/FMfcgzGsnLHcnKQhTkQvBnMwDZVGCzTh\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">Ways and Means<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/waysandmeans.house.gov\/subcommittee\/full-committee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">Committee<\/a>s who are up to their eyeballs in assuming the brunt of critical \u00a0investigations and whistleblower hearings regarding DOJ \u2013 FBI &#8211; IRS corruption and accumulating evidence of the Biden family\u2019s IRS abuses and other alleged crimes.\u00a0\u00a0 To date, those investigations have proven corruption problems at the FBI and DOJ to be systemic in nature.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp20473428MsoNormal\">It has predominately fallen to those House committees in active pursuit of closed-door interviews, depositions, letters of inquiry, subpoenas and public testimony as the aforementioned taxpayer-provided Federal agencies have continued to refuse to cooperate or provide the requested documentation as required by their Constitutional mandate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp20473428MsoNormal\">With its own share of RINOs, Senate Republicans stubbornly persist in a tight struggle with 49 Rs, 48 Dems and three Independents, none of whom are independent and all vote with the Democrats.\u00a0 The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.judiciary.senate.gov\/about\/members\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">Senate Judiciary Committee <\/a>continues to grill Biden Administration\u2019s glaringly unqualified judicial nominees with Democrats providing 100% support.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp20473428MsoNormal\">***<\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp20473428MsoNormal\">In view of the Durham Report exhibiting too many loose ends and too few indictments, special interest would be to further pursue those FBI players who refused to be interviewed by Special Counsel Durham as Committee push-back for documents continues to meet with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/house.us12.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u%3D0275399506e2bdd8fe2012b77%26id%3D2a28f9d9dc%26e%3Dc2946bbaa7&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1687617190479000&amp;usg=AOvVaw3kuUvO1u4HVWLoOs46ZaSb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">inordinate delays and flagrant refusal<\/a> to provide requested data on the\u00a0 part of Federal agencies.\u00a0 In order to adequately pursue those recalcitrant Federal agencies, all the aforementioned Committees need to staff-up with seasoned attorneys and experienced investigators who thoroughly understand their Constitutionally supported mandate and who exhibit no hesitancy or intimidation to deal appropriately with any resistant Federal bureaucrats who are, after all, mere employees of the Federal government.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp20473428MsoNormal\">***<\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp20473428MsoNormal\">Perhaps the most disturbing administrative state overreach and level of law enforcement corruption occurred with the 2016 creation of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2023\/05\/15\/politics\/john-durham-report-fbi-trump-released\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">Operation Crossfire Hurricane<\/a> by coordinated high level <a href=\"https:\/\/spectator.org\/crossfire-hurricane-category-five-political-espionage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">FBI\/DOJ operatives<\/a> who were in full compliance with the Democrat-sponsored \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/justice\/joe-biden-briefed-clinton-plan-tie-trump-russia-durham-report-concludes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">Clinton Plan<\/a>\u201d to politically and personally destroy the duly-elected 45<sup>th<\/sup> President of the United States, as confirmed by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realclearpolitics.com\/video\/2023\/06\/13\/rfk_jr_durham_report_changed_my_mind_about_russiagate_makes_it_look_like_the_entire_thing_was_fake.html?mc_cid=3247519d61&amp;mc_eid=ab55e68b7f\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">Durham Report<\/a><span class=\"ydp20473428MsoHyperlink\">.<\/span>\u00a0 The Plan constructed an elaborate Russiagate campaign as a diversion from Hilary Clinton\u2019s illegal obstruction of justice charge with destruction of 30,000 emails. The goal was to hamper, thwart and otherwise sabotage President Trump\u2019s ability to govern added by the fidelity of the institutionalized media.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp20473428MsoNormal\">No criminal charges were filed and Congressional\u00a0 Republicans, with some exceptions, mostly remained \u2018<i>in their places with bright shiny faces\u2019<\/i> as they failed to forcefully challenge law enforcement\u2019s mishandling of Clinton\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/09\/07\/hillary-clinton-plays-the-victim-despite-history-of-avoiding-criminal-charges\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">classified material<\/a>.\u00a0 Both the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acslaw.org\/projects\/the-presidential-investigation-education-project\/other-resources\/key-findings-of-the-mueller-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">Moeller Report<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/storage\/durhamreport.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">Durham Report<\/a> exonerated Trump from any collusion with Russia and yet left little satisfaction about the who and how OCH began as neither appeared to seek the true depth of corruption that has plagued the country for almost a decade.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp20473428MsoNormal\">To date, justice has not been served with no real accountability or consequence for those perpetrators who committed a consistent series of unlawful acts against a duly elected President and the American people.\u00a0 As <a href=\"https:\/\/www.c-span.org\/video\/?c5075420\/user-clip-important-statement-question-durham-answer-end-durhams-hour-testimony-today-happened\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">Rep. Harriet Hageman<\/a> (Wy.) suggested at the Durham hearing, wicked behavior will not allow the country to stand.\u00a0 The aforementioned Committees have the responsibility to take the OCH investigation beyond <a href=\"https:\/\/bipartisanreport.com\/2023\/06\/23\/matt-gaetz-clobbers-trumps-favorite-prosecutor-in-hearing-amid-hilarious-infighting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">Durham\u2019s disappointing<\/a> results as they persist in their Constitutional prerogative of subpoena requests (and beyond) to bring closure to a what most closely resembles a Banana Republic dictatorship.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp20473428MsoNormal\">Another case in point is RINOs deceit of the recent debt ceiling debate with an unanticipated loss of trust created when House Speaker Kevin McCarthy surreptitiously aligned with the Biden White House, Congressional Dems and its Uniparty caucus to ditch the House-adopted \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.govinfo.gov\/content\/pkg\/BILLS-118hr2811ih\/pdf\/BILLS-118hr2811ih.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\"><i>Limit, Save, Grow Act of 2023<\/i><\/a><span class=\"ydp20473428MsoHyperlink\"><i> Act<\/i><\/span><i>\u201d (LSG) (HR <\/i><a href=\"https:\/\/clerk.house.gov\/Votes\/2023199\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\"><i>2811<\/i><\/a><i>) <\/i>debt ceiling bill.\u00a0\u00a0 HR 2811 was the result of a concerted effort by a Republican minority to craft a bill acceptable to all 222 Members as a model for the Biden administration.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp20473428MsoNormal\">Given McCarthy\u2019s abandonment of LSG, the House voted,\u00a0 amidst deep anger and frustration, 314 \u2013 117 to support HR 3746, the (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/bill\/118th-congress\/house-bill\/3746\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">Fiscal Responsibility Act of 2023<\/a>) .\u00a0 For no obvious reason, <a href=\"https:\/\/clerk.house.gov\/Votes\/2023243\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">149 Republicans<\/a> voted in support while <a href=\"https:\/\/clerk.house.gov\/Votes\/2023243\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">71 Republicans<\/a> and 46 Democrats voting No.\u00a0\u00a0 It is not a stretch to assume that the majority of those 149 Yes votes are RINOs who may represent Republican districts and yet failed to grasp the debt as an impending existential threat; thereby allowing adoption of the Democrats\u2019 open ended non-debt ceiling bill to dramatically increase the $32 Trillion debt.\u00a0 It was not the first time that RINO votes carried the day for the Dems; and until voters clean out the RINO ranks, it won\u2019t be the last.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp20473428MsoNormal\">While the ink was barely dry, the Senate approved HR 3746 on a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.senate.gov\/legislative\/LIS\/roll_call_votes\/vote1181\/vote_118_1_00146.htm#position\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">63-36<\/a> vote, barely achieving the required sixty vote threshold with 17 Republican Senators in favor of the Dem version:\u00a0 Sens. Boozman (Ark), Capito, (WVa.), Collins (Me.) Cornyn (Texas),\u00a0 *Cramer (ND),\u00a0 Ernst (Iowa), Grassley (Iowa), Hoeven (ND), McConnell (Ky.) Moran (Kan), Mullin (Okla),\u00a0 Murkowski (Alk), *Romney (Utah),\u00a0 Rounds (SD),\u00a0 Thune (SD), Tillis (NC) and\u00a0 Young (Ind.).\u00a0\u00a0 <i>* <\/i><a href=\"https:\/\/fivethirtyeight.com\/features\/republicans-senate-2024-map\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">2024 Reelection<\/a><span class=\"ydp20473428MsoHyperlink\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp20473428MsoNormal\">How many of those Yes votes are from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldatlas.com\/articles\/states-that-have-voted-republican-in-the-most-consecutive-u-s-presidential-elections.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">Red states<\/a>?\u00a0 Three red states (Iowa, No. and So. Dakota) had <u>both<\/u> Senators vote in support of the Democratic debt package while Sen. Tillis was <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/homenews\/state-watch\/4044088-north-carolina-gop-censures-thom-tillis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">censured<\/a> by the North Carolina Republican Party for \u201c<i>straying from the party platform.\u201d <\/i>\u00a0What does it take for State or County Republican committees or the obsequious RNC to organize their own ranks and give the Electeds a choice: represent their constituents or pack their desk.<i>\u00a0 <\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp20473428MsoNormal\">It is no small matter that forty three Senate Republicans signed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deseret.com\/2023\/5\/8\/23715542\/mike-lee-letter-to-biden-debt-ceiling\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">a letter to<\/a>committing themselves\u00a0 \u201c<i>united behind the House Republican conference in support of spending cuts and structural budget reform as a starting point for negotiations on the debt ceiling\u201d <\/i>and on May 17<sup>th<\/sup>, <a href=\"https:\/\/news.yahoo.com\/senate-house-republicans-present-united-030000861.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">stood in support<\/a> with House Republicans on the House side of the Capitol.<i>\u00a0 <\/i>\u00a0\u00a0McCarthy\u2019s flip not only threw his own caucus a curve ball but sandbagged their Republican Senate allies.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp20473428MsoNormal\">* * *<\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp20473428MsoNormal\">It may be that some RINOs have little realization of the deep damage they do to the country and its families but until they take responsibility for their own votes and legislative behavior, this struggle is about nothing less than rescuing the world\u2019s greatest divinely inspired country devoted to freedom and liberty; born of a victorious revolution against the Deep State of its day.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"ydp20473428MsoNormal\">Renee Parsons\u00a0served on the ACLU\u2019s Florida State Board of Directors and as president of the ACLU Treasure Coast Chapter.
