{"id":189011,"date":"2023-10-02T07:07:59","date_gmt":"2023-10-02T11:07:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/?p=189011"},"modified":"2023-10-02T07:07:59","modified_gmt":"2023-10-02T11:07:59","slug":"treacherous-rinos-take-the-side-of-globalists-on-a-repetitive-basis-whether-it-be-foreign-or-domestic-or-economic-policy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/?p=189011","title":{"rendered":"<h2><b>Treacherous &#8220;RINOs take the side of globalists on a repetitive basis whether it be foreign or domestic or economic policy&#8221;<\/b><\/h2>"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>When RINOs Cross the Line\u2026..<\/h1>\n<p><!--more-->Renee Parsons<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">If there is one essential awareness to come out of the current Congressional budget dispute, it is that previous differences between the RINO wing of the Republican party, those who favor establishment status-quo policies and vote with the Marxist Democrats as compared to those who have an America First attitude are now in open revolt. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>While the America First crowd means exactly that; how will any expenditure or policy benefit the American people.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In anticipation of the upcoming 2024 budget debate, a group of forward-thinking House Republicans identified<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>$33 Trillion on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usdebtclock.org\/\"><span class=\"s2\">debt clock<\/span><\/a> as an extraordinary fiscal crisis as if no one else in Congress had any recognition that a potential Federal government default was an imminent possibility.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Today an impending 2024 crisis with $2 Trillion interest payment and a $2 trillion shortfall await a Congressional response.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">As materialized in the last few days on the House floor, votes to remove Ukraine funding created an inexorable stalemate wholly due to fabrications by the nefarious<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.atlanticcouncil.org\/\"><span class=\"s2\">Atlantic Council<\/span><\/a> and the inconsequential <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=_E5S7djvs\"><span class=\"s2\">Defending Democracy Together<\/span><\/a><\/span> <span class=\"s1\">which spew a web of deceits to mindless neocon Republicans who are content to know-nothing about the Ukraine war.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>It is those RINOs, the great majority of whom are elected in Red Republican states, must be held accountable as they continue a lackadaisical attitude about their own country and more about self-enrichment via MIC contributions.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">As any voyeur of Congressional roll-call votes know, it is undeniable that RINOs take the side of globalists on a repetitive basis whether it be foreign or domestic or economic policy \u2013 the frequency of which amounts to a betrayal of American values as they remain partners with the Dems in the face of US self destruction brought on, in no small way, by the RINO\/Dem alliance. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The infidelity of Red States Republicans to their local base may be attributed to an inactive, passive constituency who have allowed the RINOs to control the party\u2019s state-wide political apparatus.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">During the last few days of debate in the House, an obvious question arose about whether the House or Senate Republican caucus truly understood the dire fiscal facts as <a href=\"https:\/\/live.house.gov\/?date=2023-09-29\"><span class=\"s2\">Reps. Schweikert (Az) and Kelly (Pa)<\/span><\/a> offered a valuable analytical presentation on the current crisis (4:24). <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Both wrung their hands in despair and inexplicably continued to vote the status quo. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"> ***<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">On the Ukraine front, has either caucus ever invited <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=_E5S7djvs7k\"><span class=\"s2\">Scott Ritter<\/span><\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=iMUAaWK79Vc\"><span class=\"s2\">Col. Doug MacGregor<\/span><\/a> to conduct a briefing on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trunews.com\/stream\/medvedev-says-russia-is-ready-for-war-with-nato\"><span class=\"s2\">true reality<\/span><\/a> of the Ukraine war and a discussion about Putin? <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Of course not.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Why confuse the caucus with facts that contradicts the hogwash they are being fed or have an educated caucus who can make intelligent decisions on their own without being told how to think. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">In a recent <a href=\"https:\/\/mid.ru\/en\/foreign_policy\/news\/1906650\/\"><span class=\"s2\">Tass interview<\/span><\/a>, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov made it clear that since the Ukraine counter-offensive failed, there will be no ceasefire as a military solution is the only viable outcome for Russia and there will be no \u2018freeze\u2019 while Ukraine re-arms.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>With the 2024 election approaching and Ukraine now a political rather than a military problem, the question for a morally bankrupt GOP is whether another $80 Billion is worth driving the US economy into the ditch.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>In case it has gone unnoticed, the growing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2023\/08\/04\/politics\/cnn-poll-ukraine\/index.html\"><span class=\"s2\">majority of Americans<\/span><\/a> are done with Ukraine.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">To add further controversy, Speaker McCarthy\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msn.com\/en-us\/news\/politics\/us-congress-speaker-calls-for-withdrawal-of-ukraine-aid-to-avoid-government-shutdown\/ar-AA1huAjP?ocid=winp1taskbar&amp;cvid=9382c95eb3a845358127ebe61fae0745&amp;ei=11\"><span class=\"s2\">flip flop<\/span><\/a> on whether Ukraine funding is in or out of the CR remains a source of distrust just as his failure to provide the promised twelve appropriation funding packages in early September threw the caucus into turmoil and done little to solidify his support as a leader.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Background:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>As the Constitution clearly identifies<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>\u201c<i>all bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives,<\/i>\u201d it is clear that the legislative process has been abandoned since the late 1970\u2019s.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>At that time, Congressional leadership allowed the Executive branch to elbow in and assume control of preparation and submit their \u2018proposed\u2019 budget as bona fide, at which time Congress acquiesced its role to the Executive Branch.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Hence, without a hands-on Congressional role, blind leading the blind began an era of annual bloated budgets.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In a nutshell, one element of the struggle today is reintroduction of the proper legislative process which would personally involve every elected Member to participate in a line by line review of the twelve Federal departments, just as happened last week. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>However, a brain-dead Congress would prefer to allow Leadership to remain in total control of the process; through a Continuing Resolution or an Omnibus without nosy Electeds daring to butt in and demand their Constitutional share of the action.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In order to forestall a government shut down, Speaker McCarthy proposed a stopgap measure until November 17<\/span><span class=\"s3\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span><span class=\"s1\">. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.govtrack.us\/congress\/votes\/118-2023\/h513\"><span class=\"s2\">HR 5860, Continuing Appropriation Act and other Extension Act<\/span><\/a> was approved<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/clerk.house.gov\/evs\/2023\/roll513.xml\"><span class=\"s2\">335 \u2013 92<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>with 126<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/a> Republicans voting in favor.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The Act need a two\/third vote of the House.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The Senate then adopted the House CR on a vote of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.senate.gov\/legislative\/LIS\/roll_call_votes\/vote1181\/vote_118_1_00247.htm#position\"><span class=\"s2\">88 \u2013 9 with 39<\/span><\/a> predominately red state Republicans voting in favor.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">With the Sept. 30 approval of the House and Senate CRs, an ideal situation has been created for Leadership to stall while they quietly, behind he scenes, prepare a gigantic thousand page Omnibus bill without elected Members having any opportunity to review or amend its contents.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The Omnibus will be held until mid December when a \u2018crisis\u2019 will be declared as the Budget will be rammed, sight unseen, through Congress just before the holidays;
