For the first time in decades, the International Court of Justice, complete with SEVENTEEN Judges, is seated to hear a charge of Genocide levelled against a Government.\u00a0 Israel has been charged with Genocide in the Gaza Strip, and this court will take action on that charge.<\/p>\n

It is vital for Readers to understand this court is\u00a0different\u00a0from the International Criminal Court, which many nations in the world DID NOT agree to.\u00a0 THIS International Court of Justice derives its powers from the Geneva Convention; signed by every country on earth.<\/p>\n

The four Geneva Conventions, actually consisting of seven treaties, have been signed and ratified by 196 states, including\u00a0all\u00a0members of the United Nations, the two present non-member observers (the Holy See and Palestine),\u00a0<\/b>and the Cook Islands.<\/p>\n

Thus, the actions of THIS court are enforceable.<\/p>\n

The court can order the SUSPENSION of Israel from the United Nations.\u00a0 The court can order Economic sanctions upon Israel.\u00a0 The court can order halting of all commerce with Israel. The court can order UN Military action!<\/p>\n

This is the single most serious situation the “state” of Israel has seen since its inception.\u00a0 The wars that Israel has fought, do not even come close to the level of legal jeopardy it finds itself in, before this court.<\/p>\n
