The US Justice Dept. lowered the boom on Hunter Biden this week as his attorney Abbe Lowell diligently tries to fend-off federal charges as being a “political persecution.”<\/p>\n
After Lowell sought to dismiss the federal indictment of Hunter in his gun charge case, the Justice Department revealed that\u00a0Hunter\u2019s gun was found in a pouch covered in cocaine.<\/strong><\/p>\n The disclosure utterly SMASHED Hunter Biden’s defense, which his attorney presented just months ago.<\/p>\n In October, Lowell argued that Hunter had not lied on ATF Form 4473 when he indicated he was not an unlawful user of, or addicted to, narcotics.<\/p>\n \u201cAt the time that he purchased this gun, I don\u2019t think there\u2019s evidence that that\u2019s when he was suffering,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n With todays revelation by the Justice Department, Hunter and his defense team are going to have an almost impossible battle fending-off the Gun charge indictment.<\/p>\n
