READ HERE<\/strong><\/a>: Ukraine\u2019s alleged murder of its own citizens, who were supposed to return home in less than a day, is\u00a0\u201ca monstrous act,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, commenting on the deadly Il-76 plane crash.<\/h3>\n

The Russian military transport plane carrying 65 Ukrainian POWs went down in a field in Russia\u2019s Belgorod Region on Wednesday morning. All of the passengers on board, including the prisoners as well as six Russian crew members and three officials, were killed in the crash.<\/h3>\n
