SOTN<\/a> Editor’s Note:<\/strong> There are very good historical reasons why New York City has always been the political and social, financial and economic power center that it has been since its founding.\u00a0 After the Dutch founded New Amsterdam, it was quickly established as a primary trading center of the American colonies.\u00a0 When, in June of 1665 New Amsterdam was reincorporated under English law as New York City, it was essentially taken over by the London banksters.<\/h3>\n

However, before the British monarchy took it over, there was another extremely important development which was to ensure that New York City would become the de facto capital of the “Empire State” as New York State has called itself over many decades.\u00a0 Wall Street was set up by the original banksters as follows:<\/h3>\n

At a certain level of the practical operation of World Shadow Government<\/em>, New York City was quite prominently placed within the global power structure.\u00a0 And, it’s financial prowess and economic power would be the primary weapons by which to wage the bankster’s unending economic wars and financial terrorism across the planet.<\/h3>\n

Given this self-evident reality, it ought to be easy to understand why the criminal and civil justice systems in New York City are so profoundly corrupt and utterly beyond reform.\u00a0 The banksters have unlimited funds to buy and bribe and blackmail any prosecutor or judge in the whole rotten Big Apple, which they do routinely.<\/h3>\n

However, it’s of paramount importance to correctly comprehend the true pecking order where it concerns the management of the Global Economic & Financial System.\u00a0 For the London banksters ruled the realm far before “Dutch merchant Peter Schaghen of the Dutch East India Company purchased Manhattan was purchased for 60 guilders worth of trade”<\/em>.\u00a0 Which means the Bloody Brits are actually in charge.\u00a0 But even they report to a higher earthly power (but that’s another story).<\/h3>\n

As a matter of historical fact, the colony of New York was the most resistant to signing the Declaration of Independence; and its representatives did everything possible to scuttle the entire revolutionary enterprise.\u00a0 Rapidly growing Manhattan was actually known as “little London” at the time by insiders and had become totally infested with English spies and colonist informers, diehard loyalists and hardcore monarchist.\u00a0 And this perilous state of affairs has not changed one bit right up to present day.\u00a0 Why do you think the MI-6\/CIA\/MOSSAD-perpetrated false flag 9\/11 terrorist operation was conducted in Manhattan?\u00a0 And, why NYC became the COVID-19 epicenter for the USA?<\/h3>\n

The stark reality is that New York City has never been a truly American city—it is a global financial capital and the international economic headquarters for the Khazarian Cabal<\/em><\/strong> and their Northern Italian Black Nobility<\/strong><\/em> overlords.<\/h3>\n

How is that so?<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

Everyone has heard of the the Loebs and Lehmans, Goldmans and Sachs, Seligmans and Guggenheims, Bloombergs and Silversteins, while folks have rarely heard of the much more powerful Northern Italian Black Nobility families who have effectively ruled Earth since the Roman Empire.\u00a0 Which means that the Khazarian Cabal is a latecomer, but they nevertheless fully adopted tyrannical Roman justice for their NYC playground.\u00a0 Simply put, where it concerns the official administration of justice throughout the five boroughs, they do what they want and don’t do what they don’t want to.\u00a0 Just check out all the pervasive corruption and corrosive decisions associated with the judicial cesspool known as the Southern District of New York.<\/h3>\n

Now read on to grasp the degree to which New York City has always been the treasonous Trojan horse<\/em> that it is, carefully constructed to collapse the American Republic.\u00a0 Remember that The Federal Reserve Bank of New York is conspicuously the most powerful of the 12 Federal Reserve Banks, and therefore the most responsible for the current US public debt of $34 trillion requiring an annual interest payment of upwards of $1 trillion.\u00a0 Which means that the US Corporation is effectively bankrupt.<\/h3>\n

The Left\u2019s Lawfare Will Destroy American Democracy<\/h1>\n

Government of the people, by the people, for the people has become government of the lawyer, by the lawyer, for the lawyer \u2013 and in New York, that recipe now threatens to destroy the nation.<\/h3>\n

The idea that a rogue judge can exploit a rarely-used statute intended to prosecute real-life cases of fraud in order to bring down the leading presidential candidate should outrage\u00a0all Americans, regardless of party affiliation.\u00a0 New York\u2019s anti-fraud statute in question, Executive Law 63(12), will be front and center in Judge Engoron\u2019s decision this week.\u00a0 The statute is one of the most severe anti-fraud statutes in the country because it notably does not require a showing of intent to deceive to prove fraud.\u00a0 That said, however, the few instances of case law on the books since the late 1950s, when the statute was first adopted, show how courts have interpreted the statute. In every single case save one, courts have only ever found fraud where actual\u00a0victims\u00a0suffered from\u00a0provable harms\u00a0as a result of the fraud.\u00a0 (The lone exception was a business that wrote college admissions essays for students, in which the victim was \u201cthe integrity of the educational process.\u201d)<\/p>\n

In the Trump case, by sharp contrast, not only were there no victims \u2013\u00a0there was no fraud<\/em>.\u00a0 This is most blatantly seen by the fact that Trump\u2019s lender, Deutsch Bank, never so much as complained \u2013 let alone, even\u00a0noticed\u00a0<\/em>\u2013 that it had been defrauded of the asserted $168 million that Letitia James absolutely insists it had lost in an otherwise very profitable business relationship with the Trump organization.\u00a0 No matter how rich and powerful the lending organization, any bank that was supposedly defrauded nearly two hundred million dollars would notice and would have brought a lawsuit years before Letitia James developed a savior complex for big banks.<\/p>\n

That New York State would pursue multiple investigations at the same time against the same man who also happens to be the presidential frontrunner reeks of banana republicanism.\u00a0 It is not like Donald Trump is some private businessman, and this case transpired in the normal course of business.\u00a0 He is the current frontrunner to be the next President of the United States.\u00a0 This is all part of a multipronged hatchet job against a man considered to be a threat to the ruling elites, many of whom \u2013 like Reid Hoffman and Norm Eisen \u2013 are some of the biggest financial backers of these lawsuits.<\/p>\n

For Judge Engoron to pretend like he is administering the rule of law fairly and faithfully is an affront to everything our justice system once stood for.\u00a0 This is not due process; what is unfolding in his courtroom is nothing short of a vindictive power grab by a despotic judge, so clearly envious of Trump\u2019s success in politics and business.\u00a0 If Engoron orders for President Trump\u2019s business empire to be dissolved, a step notably beyond what even Letitia James advised, then he will destroy the prospect of doing business in New York State for good, and likely throughout the country \u2014 a devastating outcome, that nobody should desire, given that it would surely bring the American Dream to an end.<\/p>\n

Do New Yorkers understand what is at stake?\u00a0 Have they totally abandoned belief in capitalism, free enterprise, the American Dream?\u00a0 Do they realize their city will fail without visionary men doing business like Donald Trump?<\/p>\n

There is no chance, after this chilling precedent,\u00a0that any business would ever want to step foot in New York State again<\/strong><\/em>, a state that is already being bled dry by Albany of what little enterprising talent it has left between draconian taxes, regulations, DEI-requirements, and incubating a climate of rampant lawlessness. \u00a0Trump did not harm anyone, nor did he deceive anyone in his business dealings \u2013 the only crime he ever committed was running for President and speaking the truth. Full disclosure: both those things happen to be rights protected under the Constitution.<\/p>\n

But Judges Engoron and Kaplan, and Attorney General James \u2014 aided by her lapdog D.A. Alvin Bragg \u2014 are letting their all-consuming hate for a single man literally destroy the country.\u00a0 No sane society would let any one of them occupy their positions of authority \u2013 they have completely abandoned the Constitution and rule of law and\u00a0must pay the price for the irreversible havoc they have wrought<\/strong>.\u00a0 A sane court system would\u00a0never\u00a0<\/em>in a million years lodge an $83 million damages award upon a washed-up, octogenarian sex columnist for defamation arising from an alleged rape in which the claimant could not even recall the most basic details, such as the year it took place, and waited nearly thirty years before filing a lawsuit once it became politically expedient to do so.<\/p>\n

It is interesting that the recent change in New York State law that allowed E. Jean Carroll to bring her lawsuit beyond the normal statute of limitations was done by a rabid anti-Trump state legislator.\u00a0 It is also interesting that the same financial backer of the Carroll lawsuit, Reid Hoffman, the co-founder of LinkedIn, is a major Democratic donor, who also happens to be bankrolling Nikki Haley\u2019s sorry excuse for a campaign at the same time.\u00a0 These are not coincidences:\u00a0this is clearcut election interference<\/strong>, brought to you by the same forces that orchestrated the covid lockdowns, the George Floyd-riots, and the myriad attendant rule changes to election law in the lead-up to the 2020 election that made Biden\u2019s heist, somehow both the most unpopular president in American history despite being the \u201cpresident\u201d to receive the most number of votes ever, inevitable.<\/p>\n

A system of \u201cjustice\u201d that values E. Jean Carroll\u2019s reputation at $83 million, would, under normal circumstances, trigger immediate calls for tort reform.\u00a0 In what universe is E. Jean Carroll\u2019s life and work, who is now in her eighties \u2014 and thus has little of both remaining \u2014 even close to being valued at $83 million?\u00a0 Her allegations are completely without merit, which is the reason why she delayed filing a lawsuit for thirty years until she found the political and financial support she needed from the Left. But such an egregious figure is typical for a system that would also value Mar-a-Lago at $18 million.\u00a0 The rot in the New York judicial system is deep, emblematic of the rot afflicting our society\u2019s justice system writ large, but there the rule of law is being flouted in a particularly flagrant manner.\u00a0 These judges, district attorneys, and special prosecutors run roughshod over every last judicial norm because they think they can get away with it. They sneer at the rest of us with scornful derision because they think we will not stand up for our rights. Let the clown show that Leftists have made of the New York justice system be an omen for what can and will happen to the rest of the nation without a powerful response by those on the Right who wish to preserve our Constitution and the rule of law in their true, original meanings.<\/p>\n
