Maria Zakharova: \u201cThe reaction of Western leaders, politicians and the media to the news of the death of Alexei Navalny once again demonstrated their hypocrisy, cynicism and unprincipledness. The \u201cin any situation, blame Russia\u201d scheme is in action. Moreover, for each case there is a preparation according to the manual. <\/span><\/p>\n

Let’s look at the chronology. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Today at approximately <\/span>14:19<\/span><\/a><\/span>, a message was published on the website of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug about the death of convicted Alexei Navalny in correctional colony No. 3. <\/span><\/p>\n

Literally 15 minutes later, a torrent of carbon-copy accusations began pouring in: <\/span><\/p>\n

– <\/span>14:35<\/span><\/a><\/span> – Swedish Foreign Minister Tobias Billstr\u00f6m: \u201cTerrible news about Navalny. If the information about his death in a Russian prison is confirmed, this will be another heinous crime of the Putin regime\u201d; <\/span><\/p>\n

– <\/span>14:35<\/span><\/a><\/span> – Norwegian Foreign Minister Bart Eide: \u201cDeeply saddened by the news of Navalny\u2019s death. The Russian government bears a heavy burden of responsibility for this\u201d; <\/span><\/p>\n

– <\/span>14:41<\/span><\/a><\/span> – Latvian Foreign Minister Edgar Rinkevich: \u201cWhatever you think about Navalny as a politician, he was just brutally murdered by the Kremlin. This is a fact and something that everyone should know about the true nature of the current Russian regime”; <\/span><\/p>\n

– <\/span>14:50<\/span><\/a><\/span> – Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavsky: \u201cRussia still treats foreign policy issues the same way it treats its citizens. It has turned into a cruel state that kills people who dream of a beautiful, better future, like Nemtsov and now Navalny, who was imprisoned and tortured to death”; <\/span><\/p>\n

– <\/span>14:51<\/span><\/a><\/span> – French Foreign Minister Stephane Sejournet: \u201cNavalny paid with his life for the fight against the system of oppression. His death in a penal colony reminds us of the realities of Vladimir Putin\u2019s regime\u201d; <\/span><\/p>\n

– <\/span>15:02<\/span><\/a><\/span> – President of the European Council Charles Michel: \u201cThe EU holds the Russian regime solely responsible for this tragic death\u201d; <\/span><\/p>\n

– <\/span>15:10<\/span><\/a><\/span> (during a press conference) – leader of the Kyiv regime Zelensky: \u201cObviously, he was killed by Putin, like thousands of others who were tortured.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n

– <\/span>15:16<\/span><\/a><\/span> (in the media), <\/span>16:50<\/span><\/a><\/span> (in social networks) – NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg: \u201cRussia must establish all the facts, answer very serious questions\u201d; <\/span><\/p>\n

– <\/span>15:20<\/span><\/a><\/span> – Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte: \u201cNavalny\u2019s death illustrates the unprecedented cruelty of the Russian regime\u201d; <\/span><\/p>\n

– <\/span>15:30<\/span><\/a><\/span> – President of Moldova Maia Sandu: \u201cNavalny\u2019s death in a Russian prison is a reminder of the regime\u2019s blatant oppression of dissent\u201d; <\/span><\/p>\n

– <\/span>15:35<\/span><\/a><\/span> – German Foreign Minister Annalena B\u00e4rbock: \u201cNavalny, like no one else, was a symbol of a free and democratic Russia. That’s why he had to die”; <\/span><\/p>\n

– <\/span>15:43<\/span><\/a><\/span> – European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen: \u201cA grim reminder of what Putin and his regime are\u201d; <\/span><\/p>\n

– <\/span>15:49<\/span><\/a><\/span> – Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson: \u201cThe Russian authorities and President Putin personally are responsible for the fact that Navalny is no longer with us\u201d; <\/span><\/p>\n

– <\/span>16:14<\/span><\/a><\/span> – German Chancellor Olaf Scholz: \u201cNavalny paid with death for his courage. This terrible news once again demonstrates how Russia has changed and what kind of regime is in power in Moscow\u201d; <\/span><\/p>\n

– <\/span>16:25<\/span><\/a><\/span> – US Secretary of State Antony Blinken: \u201cNavalny\u2019s death in a Russian prison, as well as one man\u2019s obsession and fear, only highlight the weakness and rot at the heart of the system that Putin built. Russia bears responsibility for this\u201d; <\/span><\/p>\n

– <\/span>17:28<\/span><\/a><\/span> – French President Emmanuel Macron: \u201cIn today\u2019s Russia, free people are placed in the Gulag and sentenced to death.\u201d In a short period of time, within two hours (from <\/span>14:19<\/span><\/a><\/span>), <\/span><\/p>\n

Western politicians and the media at their side were able, as it were, to obtain the results of a forensic examination that had not yet been carried out, conduct an investigation, blame Moscow and render a verdict. <\/span><\/p>\n

There is no other explanation other than the fact that all these reactions were prepared in advance. <\/span><\/p>\n

We would still be able to believe in this incredible, miraculous speed if the whole.<\/span><\/p>\n
