Under the cloak of a worldwide pandemic;\u00a0 while you were sleeping; while you were under lock-down; while you were under surveillance…
\nthe San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors deemed it essential<\/i> government business to rewrite the Constitution for the County.<\/p>\n

Progressive Supervisors, Curt Hagman and Janice Rutherford, revised the County Constitution – called a charter – without the People’s input<\/u>.
\nThen, the two of them, and Supervisor Josie Gonzales, voted to move ahead to spend millions of tax payer dollars<\/u> to put their<\/i> Constitution on the November ballot.<\/p>\n

The board is scheduled to adopt the revised charter at their next meeting on July 28. If adopted, it will also be placed on the ballot for final voter approval.<\/span>

\n– REJECT “THEIR” CONSTITUTION –\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Call all<\/i> of the Supervisors<\/u> and tell them that the vote to move the revised charter forward during “a study session” on July 16, was ethical\u00a0<\/span>
\nwithout due process\u00a0and down right unConstitutional,\u00a0because they did not seek appropriate citizen input<\/u>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Tell them to remove the item to adopt the revised charter from the agenda for the Board meeting on July 28,<\/span><\/p>\n

so that the people have more time to review the historic document – the Constitution for the County<\/span><\/u><\/p>\n
