Owning the Weather in 2025: A forecast study published in 1996 by the US Air Force<\/h1>\n

There is so much evidence surrounding geoengineering operations.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A research paper by the US Air Force written in 1996 describes how geoengineering operations and dispersing nanoparticle technology would allow the military to own the weather.<\/strong><\/p>\n

They do own it, they can induce droughts, hurricanes, ice storms, illness and disease in millions of people \u2013 as they do daily.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The above was written by Dr. Ana Maria Mihalcea as an introduction to an article highlighting \u2018Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025<\/em><\/a>\u2019; a research paper\u00a0written by a seven-person team of military officers<\/a>\u00a0and presented in 1996 as part of a larger study called Air Force 2025.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0abstract of the \u2018Weather as a Force Multiplier<\/em>\u2019 report stated<\/a>:\u00a0 \u201cIn 2025, US aerospace forces can \u2018own the weather\u2019 by capitalising on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies to war-fighting applications. Such a capability offers the war fighter tools to shape the battlespace in ways never before possible.\u201d<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Air Force 2025<\/a>\u00a0study or forecast was conducted in response to a directive from the chief of staff of the US Air Force \u201cto examine the concepts, capabilities, and technologies the United States will require to remain the dominant air and space force in the future.\u201d<\/p>\n

The outcome was a 3,300-page, ten-volume report \u201cbilled as a projection of the economic, political, and military conditions that could arise around the year 2025, as well as a prescription for the capabilities USAF must have if it is to remain relevant under those conditions.\u201d<\/p>\n

In this paper, the researchers wrote, \u201cWe show that in the future, such operations will enhance air and space superiority and provide new options for battlespace shaping and battlespace awareness. \u2018The technology is there, waiting for us to pull it all together\u2019; in 2025 we can \u2018Own the Weather\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n

The paper stated: \u201cThis study by William M. Gray, et al., investigated the hypothesis that \u201csignificant beneficial influences can be derived through judicious exploitation of the solar absorption potential of carbon black dust.\u201d The study ultimately found that this technology could be used to enhance rainfall on the mesoscale, generate cirrus clouds, and enhance cumulonimbus (thunderstorm) clouds in otherwise dry areas.\u201d<\/p>\n
