In a recent interview, Senator Joe Manchin (I-WV) suggested that clarity about Biden\u2019s intentions in the upcoming election might soon emerge.<\/p>\n
When asked by NBC\u2019s Ryan Nobles about Biden\u2019s capability to continue his campaign and serve another term, Manchin responded evasively, urging the public to \u201cwait until this weekend\u201d for a more definite perspective.<\/p>\n
