Where did Speaker Johnson go to school and learn something as absurd as
\n“supporting Israel is one of America’s founding principles?!?”

Just the opposite, Johnson! The Founders warned strongly against the
\ndanger of foreign entanglements because they created the potential for
\nus to be easily manipulated by an overseas power that had their interests
\nat heart and not ours.<\/p>\n

That is exactly what Israel has been doing since its inception in 1948 and
\neven before that leading up to Truman’s backing at the UN for the new
\nJewish State.<\/p>\n

By the way, modern Israel didn’t exist in 1787 and is not referred to in
\nthe Constitution which specifically bans religious qualifications for holding
\noffice. (Article VI, Clause 3).<\/p>\n

For those paying attention and know about the Israeli Lobby which has
\n“baby-sitters” instructing virtually all Congressmen as well as dominating
\nmost presidential administrations, we know what the score is.

We understand why, despite the MAGA base wanting Johnson and Trump to
\nstop foreign aid to Ukraine and Israel last April, the former president green-lighted
\nthe funding as part of the bloated budget that increased our huge debt.<\/p>\n

We understand how dangerous Republicans like Johnson are to respecting the
\nFirst Amendment rights of speech and assembly for those who disagree with
\ncontroversial topics such as the brutal events in Gaza going so far as to threaten
\nthose protesting Bibi’s speech next week with arrest.<\/p>\n

Trump has enabled his pal to get Congress on board for Israel’s agenda and is
\nlikely to repeat his strong support for Netanyahu should he return to the White House.<\/p>\n

Colonel Douglas Macgregor has done his best to remind Johnson, Trump and everyone
\nelse that Ike’s message to beware of the Military-Industrial Complex was merely a modern
\nversion of the Founder’s wisdom but to little avail: http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/?p=237297<\/a><\/p>\n

It will be interesting to see if he accepts a possible position to be Secretary of Defense in
\nlight of the “catastrophically stupid” proclivities of those like Johnson and Trump to stay
\nenmeshed with Israel. http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/?p=228025<\/a><\/p>\n
