In case you missed it, not one member of the Democratic hierarchy: not the DNC Chair, not one Democratic\u00a0 <\/span>Member of Congress,\u00a0 <\/span>Governor or Mayor has spoken out to criticize the\u00a0<\/span>myriad of riot<\/a>s occurring across<\/a> US cities or to call on Antifa\/BLM to halt the violence. And in case you might have missed the depth of the widespread revolts,\u00a0<\/span>try this sampling<\/a> of domestic<\/a> terrorist attacks<\/a> which occurred in major US<\/a> cities in recent days.<\/p>\n Rather than hold the line against peaceful protests<\/a> that morphed into rebellion after George Floyd\u2019s death in Minneapolis on May 25th, enfeebled Democratic officials on the front lines appeared to stand docile against the mob rule<\/a> when, in reality, their impotence was more of a well-honed strategy<\/a> of acquiescence<\/span>.\u00a0 <\/span>In a display of massive hubris threatening disintegration of the country\u2019s sovereignty, those Electeds continue to play a ruthless partisan game abstaining on the ultimate destruction<\/a> of their own country and the municipality for which they are legally responsible.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n To suggest that these Electeds are simply following the current Democratic Party line to defeat Donald Trump is to miss the ideological revolution that is occurring as a result of the coronavirus panic. \u00a0 <\/span>Government take over of its citizens personal lives has always been identified as fascistic as Democratic Governors and big-city Mayors behavior has stoked the fear and anxiety to justify a tyrannical political revolution that could never have been accomplished otherwise.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Historically, a totalitarian-fascist ideology gives the State the right to take charge of all aspects of life with the State monitoring and dictating what is acceptable\u00a0<\/span>thought and action.\u00a0 <\/span>The ultimate goal is to impose a uniformity of thought, word and deed as a rationale to \u201cprotect\u201d the common good, whether that imposition is by legal mandate or social pressure.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Clearly, lockdown requirements have allowed the Electeds to capitalize on their power grab, to block the American\u2019s celebrated individual rights and liberty, revealing a strategy of total control over the American population.\u00a0 <\/span>With a new global consciousness at the door to initiate a world of peace and compassion free of corruption and violence, the Electeds have exhibited a gross lack of awareness to the welfare of the country as those same Electeds owe their allegiance to the ruling Globalists more than the Stars and Stripes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n As if to prove the point during a recent hearing of the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution<\/a> regarding\u00a0<\/span>\u201cThe Right of the People Peaceably to Assemble: Protecting Speech by Stopping Anarchist Violence,<\/i>\u201d Democrats on the panel were eager to deplore violence by white supremacist groups. \u00a0<\/span>As apologists for the political insurgency of Antifa\/BLM, there was no willingness to condemn all violence from any source, as if living where violence and peace are Orwellian contradictions.<\/p>\n What those Senators missed was that there has been no white supremacist backlash when such an irrational response might have easily occurred.\u00a0 <\/span>While two Republican Senators spoke unequivocally in favor of free speech, the First Amendment and against all violence no matter who the perpetrators, neither Trump nor GOP stalwarts are protecting the Rule of Law any better or resisting the oppression that came with COVID.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>They are dutiful accomplices.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n While defunding<\/span><\/a> local law enforcement promises to invite more criminal malfeasance, t<\/span>he reality is that the violent rebellions<\/a> and criminal uprisings are too well organized<\/span><\/a> to have been spontaneous or organized<\/span><\/a> by amateurs<\/span><\/a>.<\/span> \u00a0 <\/span>The \u2018riots\u2019 were never random events but well coordinated to exploit Floyd\u2019s death and have served as a major diversion from the stalled-out Durham investigation into the origins of Russiagate which has dwindled into a nothing-burger. <\/span><\/p>\n According to Subcommittee testimony, the violence has been organized by the Antifa-affiliated local chapter of the Youth Liberation Front <\/span><\/a>which uses Twitter to communicate with its cells across the country.\u00a0 <\/span>It is Twitter that provides the means for YLF to espouse violent acts to destabilize the country and announce their next act of rebellion.\u00a0 <\/span>Twitter has yet to ban the YLF for violating its community guidelines.<\/span><\/p>\n The subcommittee heard testimony that as the insurrections and violence intensified<\/span><\/a> into a war zone<\/span><\/a> in Portland<\/span><\/a> and elsewher<\/span><\/a>e, an alarming sophisticated display<\/span><\/a> of armaments have been used including encrypted radio communications, use of unencrypted chat applications like Signal, the use of brass knuckles hidden under gloves, metal pipes and incendiary projectiles, molotov cocktails to firebomb the Federal courthouse, commercial grade lasers weaponized to target law enforcement eyes and AK-47\u2019<\/span><\/a>s as militants attacked police headquarters in residential neighborhoods.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Scrawled across the Federal\u00a0 <\/span>Courthouse in Portland was \u201cUntil the police and ICE are abolished, we will burn this city down piece by piec<\/i>e.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n Just as there is an argument that local Electeds have no Constitutional legal authority via Executive Orders to violate Amendments to the US Constitution, there is also an argument that those Electeds resolve the utter mess<\/span><\/a> they themselves have created by their own dysfunctional<\/span><\/a> politics and not rely on Federal funding to offset the costs of the sedition they themselves have encouraged. <\/span><\/p>\n Here are a few egregious examples that show the Democratic establishment beholden to authoritarian principles straight out of the totalitarian-fascist play book:<\/p>\n *In its 73rd straight day<\/span><\/a> of full scale<\/span><\/a> rioting<\/span> which included vitriolic<\/span><\/a> attacks on two elderly women<\/span><\/a> (one douse<\/span><\/a>d with white paint) and trapping police officers inside a burning building <\/span><\/a>set by the mob<\/span>, the Democratic Governor and Mayor continue to allow rioting as they resist federal intervention to keep the peace and preserve order.<\/p>\n * On June 15th<\/sup>, New York City Mayor <\/a>Bill di Blasio disbanded<\/a> the city\u2019s plainclothes anti crime unit of 600 detectives, immediately spawning<\/a> a dramatic 205% increase in shootings, more than all of 2019. \u00a0<\/span>More recently, offering no science or justification, diBlasio announced the establishment of armed checkpoints <\/span><\/a>with plainclothes agents along the perimeter of <\/span>NYC to enforce NY Governor Andrew Cuomo\u2019s mandatory quarantine<\/span><\/a> list.\u00a0 <\/span>DiBlasio gave no details about how the quarantine would be enforced although a $10,000 fine would be imposed by those who \u2018flout\u2019 the quarantine.<\/p>\n In a karmic twist of irony, NY Governor Andrew Cuomo has been openly pleading<\/a> (\u201cCome over, I\u2019ll cook<\/i>\u201d) with New Yorkers who have fled the City.\u00a0 <\/span>Cuomo needs those wealthy residents to return so the City can collect their surcharge tax to offset State\/city COVID shutdown costs. \u00a0 <\/span>On the other hand, diBlasio said he \u2018was not going to beg\u2019 and does \u201cnot make decisions based on the wealthy few\u201d but that \u201cwe must build our policies around working people<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n * In referring to the success of Los Angeles\u2019s Lockdown measures<\/a>,\u00a0 <\/span>LA Mayor Erik\u00a0 <\/span>Garcetti\u00a0 <\/span>said \u201cthis has really been marvelously embraced by 99.9% of people but \u201cwe will hunt down the last .1% to obey the rules<\/span>.\u201d<\/em> \u00a0 <\/span>As if flaunting his fascist tendencies, Garcelli has authorized<\/a> the city to \u201cshut off Los Angeles Department of Water and Power service in egregious cases in which business and homes and other venues are hosting unpermitted <\/i>large gatherings<\/i><\/span><\/a>.<\/span>\u201c<\/p>\n *Then there was CHAZ (Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone) Summer of Love until it wasn\u2019t \u2013 when\u00a0<\/span>protesters marched on<\/a> Mayor Jenny Durkan\u2019s 5,000 sq ft mansion.\u00a0 <\/span>Seattle Councilor Kshama Sawant called for Durkan\u2019s impeachment with the Mayor requesting a Council investigatio<\/a>n into Sawant\u2019s relationship with BLM.<\/p>\n In a nutshell, it is no exaggeration to assert that those State\/City Electeds who continue to allow an excess of violence and terrorism to threaten the local peace<\/span><\/a> are in violation of their Oath of Offic<\/span>e.\u00a0 <\/span>Where each Elected swore to uphold not only the Constitution and its laws but to preserve the civil order and to protect the fiduciary assets of their constituency; to act ethically, in good faith and trust, those Electeds, in some of the country\u2019s most Democratic leaning states, have failed<\/span><\/a> to do so<\/span>.<\/p>\n It is a given that, upon election and prior to assuming Office, every Elected takes an Oath that is substantially the same regardless of the political jurisdiction:<\/p>\n \u201cI will support the US Constitution and the laws of the State\/City of ______ and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of the Office of ______ to the best of my abili<\/i>ty.\u201d<\/p>\n If, in fact, State\/City Electeds are unwilling or unprepared to fulfill their Oath of Office, they should be removed from office by either a voter recall<\/span><\/a> petition or, to preserve what is left of their integrity and honor, and resign from office.\u00a0 The state governors can also remove them for willful
