Trump will prepare for the debate on the ninth hole, with an aide occasionally whispering a suggestion or two in his ear, if his caddy allows it. When he faces her, he will impersonate Don Rickles while she will attempt to project an image of a dignified woman of color rising above personal attacks and invective.<\/p>\n The Trump-Vance ticket is without discipline.
