28 USC \u00a7 3002(15) – – It’s All Disgustingly Corporate (Fascist)<\/h1>\n

I\u2019ve written aboutthis before. It\u2019s why I write U$$A, Inc. instead of USA or United States of America in my blog posts. It\u2019s not a country; it\u2019s a massive, sprawling, Byzantine criminal corporation with roots that are centuries and thousands of years old, that probably extend far off the planet.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ll start with the legal definition of the\u00a0United States<\/strong>, straight from the United States Code at\u00a028 USC \u00a7 3002(15)<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

(15) \u201cUnited States\u201d means\u2014 (A) a Federal corporation; (B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; or (C) an instrumentality of the United States.<\/em><\/p>\n

The so-called United States is a\u00a0Federal corporation<\/strong>, a multi-trillion dollar business enterprise. It claims to own all kinds of things, including stock, livestock, a lot of livestock, aka, enslaved human beings, who are issued a corporate, Federal (live)stock inventory identification number at birth. No one tells you that, but look at your birth certificate. It has a red, alphanumeric code on it. That is your slave\/livestock number.<\/p>\n

Now read\u00a028 USC \u00a7 3002(10)<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

(10) \u201cPerson\u201d includes a natural person (including an individual Indian), a corporation, a partnership, an unincorporated association, a trust, or an estate, or any other public or private entity, including a State or local government or an Indian tribe.<\/em><\/p>\n

A \u201cperson\u201d is a\u00a0natural person<\/em>, i.e., flesh and blood \u2026\u2026\u00a0a corporation \u2026\u2026. or any other public or private entity, including a state or local government<\/em>\u00a0\u2026\u2026<\/p>\n

Note: even an \u201cindividual Indian<\/em>\u201d is considered to be a person. Why, imagine that! \\sarcasm<\/em>\\<\/p>\n

You don\u2019t have to be an attorney to see that anything of which you can conceive is therefore a\u00a0person<\/em>. Any entity at all is, or can be, a \u201cperson,\u201d including the \u201cUnited States\u201d him\/her\/thay\/hirz\/herm\/itself.<\/p>\n

And notice, what is allegedly \u201cproperty\u201d under the\u00a0Unites States Code<\/em>\u00a0at\u00a028 USC \u00a7 3002(12)<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

(12)\u201cProperty\u201d includes any present or future interest, whether legal or equitable, in real, personal (including choses in action), or mixed property, tangible or intangible, vested or contingent, wherever located and however held (including community property and property held in trust (including spendthrift and pension trusts) \u2026\u2026\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n

Any\u00a0property<\/em>, in both the\u00a0present<\/em>\u00a0and in the\u00a0future,\u00a0<\/em>including\u00a0personal<\/em>\u00a0property,\u00a0<\/em>even if\u00a0intangible,\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0wherever located and however held\u00a0<\/em>is evidently defined as subject to the so-called\u00a0United States Code<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A close reading of the clause suggests that even intangible personal property, now or in the future, wherever it may be and however it may be held, is assumed to be subject to confiscation or control by the so-called\u00a0United States.<\/em><\/p>\n

It occurs to me that hat could potentially include your personal thoughts, ideas, opinions, DNA, personal electromagnetic field, your actions, movements, habits. And notice the mention of\u00a0choses in action\u00a0<\/em>being \u201cproperty\u201d – – this is an enormous section of the law which refers to all sorts of things, including personal rights and a very wide variety of contractual agreements. Think of it: who or what, unbeknownst to you, has their corporate contractual hooks into your DNA, thoughts, subconscious mental programming, bodily movements, physiology, etc.?<\/p>\n

Now I am not an attorney, and that\u2019s good! For that reason alone I am more likely to communicate forthrightly with you, than would be the case with a credentialed entity whose public writing and speech is monitored and regulated by the so-called \u201cUnited States.\u201d Attorneys have to say and do things in a certain prescribed way, or they can be disbarred and lose their government issued license to \u201cpractice\u201d law.<\/p>\n

Bearing that in mind, the clear purport of the three clauses above from the United States Code is that the \u201cUnited States\u201d corporation presumes to be an omnipotent all-in-all entity, presumptively arrogating unto itself unbounded and unlimited assumed authority and ownership over practically everyone and everything, whether tangible or intangible, however or wherever held, lock, stock and barrel, now and henceforth into the future.<\/p>\n

In other words:<\/p>\n

\u201cOn your knees, slaves!! And see to it that you do not look your red-white-and-blue overseers in the eyes or question their authority and motives!!\u201d<\/p>\n

But Who\/What Owns & Directs the United States Corporation?<\/h3>\n

John & Nisha Whitehead at the Rutherford Institute published a very good essay last week that goes precisely to the question of who controls the \u201cUnited States\u201d:<\/p>\n

They conclude that the so-called \u201cUnited States Government\u201d\u00a0\u2026 has become little more than a shell company, a front for corporate interests.<\/em><\/p>\n

Exactly. I concur. It\u00a0is<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0a corporate front. I have already irrefutably established that the United States Code spells that hard truth out in black and white. The USA is not a government or a country. It is a corporation.<\/p>\n

The Whiteheads further state and I agree 100%:\u00a0In the oligarchy that is the American police state, it clearly doesn\u2019t matter who wins the White House, because they all work for the same boss: a Corporate State that has gone global.<\/em><\/p>\n

It\u2019s all corporate and Satanic and has been from the beginning. It\u2019s time to wake up and see things as they are, and have been for a very long time.<\/p>\n

Enter The Venetian Black Nobility – – And A Host of Enabling Demons<\/h3>\n

We have to go back to the 1600s, and the chartering by the British Crown of the\u00a0Virginia Company<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and the\u00a0Council for New England<\/a><\/strong>, as joint stock companies through the City of London, as the early foundation of the eventual Thirteen British Colonies on the East Coast of North America.<\/p>\n

From these British Crown\/City of London joint-stock company roots the United States Corporation gradually developed into what it is today.<\/p>\n

It took more than 400 years, but here we are.<\/p>\n

With the passage of the centuries, more and more people are asking direct questions about exactly who or what is behind this globe-spanning, corporate monstrosity.<\/p>\n

This is a greatly simplified, CliffsNotes version of the global, power dynamic, but suffice it to say that a lot of what is happening that concerns the United States Corporation and also the European Union has ties back to the power structure of both ancient\u00a0and<\/strong>\u00a0modern Rome, and the numerous criminal mafias all over the world that interact with Rome with ties to the Khazarians and the global central banking cabal.<\/p>\n

In the past, I have written how I perceive the Roman Empire to be alive and kicking to this day, and the \u201centity\u201d that we know as the \u201cUnited States\u201d to be a latter day manifestation of Rome, right down to the same, rampant, political corruption and cultural degradation and depravity that was rife in ancient Rome. You see the concrete evidence for the Roman connection\/influence everywhere, in architecture, in Latin phraseology on flags and in legal usage, and even on the\u00a0dollar bill<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Great Seal<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0of the \u201cUnited States\u201d where the following Latin words appear:<\/p>\n
