Also, CNN details\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2020\/08\/28\/us\/jacob-blake-wisconsin-friday\/index.html\">further<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Kenosha County Sheriff&#8217;s Department spokesman Sgt. David Wright on Friday explained that Blake was handcuffed to the bed because he\u00a0<strong>&#8220;has felony warrants for his arrest from crimes he committed prior to the shooting incident.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The police statement confirmed that the warrants have been vacated.
