Keep spreading the word!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n<p><strong>Australia is committed to the\u00a0Agenda 2030\u00a0plan, which advocates for the implementation of radical changes to the central role of ownership rights\u00a0of\u00a0land\u00a0and natural resources over the next decade.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Linking this plan, authorities are currently developing a number of smart city initiatives in direct response, promising locations full of \u2018sustainable\u2019 programs that monitor a variety of human activities.<\/p>\n<p>Could it be that current bushfires across the country are part of this plan as well? What is the hidden agenda?<\/p>\n<p>In the following, we explore the Australian bushfire \u2018crisis\u2019, including the course of events, weather and geoengineering, CLARA\u2019s high-speed train network proposal and links to the UN-driven smart city agenda.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>INITIAL QUESTIONS<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Before examining the deeper questions behind this narrative, let\u2019s use\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tottnews.com\/2019\/11\/29\/the-yellow-brick-road\/\">objectivist logic<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0to take a look at the path that led to these fires taking place and inconsistencies with the official story.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>THE RESOURCES DISAPPEAR\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.budget.nsw.gov.au\/sites\/default\/files\/budget-2019-06\/Budget_Paper_3-Budget_Estimates-Budget_201920.pdf\"><strong>latest state budget<\/strong><\/a>, $12.9 million in expenses was cut from Fire &amp; Rescue NSW, while the Office of NSW Rural Fire Services \u2014 a service run by volunteers \u2014 lost $26.7 million in expenses.<\/p>\n<p>Byron Bay, which is currently being torn apart by fires,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.echo.net.au\/2019\/10\/can-nsw-afford-fire-station-byron\/\"><strong>was promised $5.85 million for a new fire station<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0in Kingscliff. The funding has yet to arrive.<\/p>\n<p>Many firefighters are currently battling the blazes with\u00a0<em>bore water<\/em>, as New South Wales is currently experiencing a severe drought and was already\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tottnews.com\/2019\/09\/17\/nsw-running-out-of-water\/\">running out of resources<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0before the fires began.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, thousands of residents have been told\u00a0<em>not<\/em>\u00a0to expect help from the NSW Rural Fire Services and were left to evacuate for themselves.<\/p>\n<p>As we have explored previously, natural cycles are a common occurrence in this country, and the temperatures and heat experienced is certainly\u00a0<strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/tottnews.com\/2019\/07\/18\/top-reasons-to-question-climate-change\/\">not a new phenomenon<\/a><\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Instead, the key point to note is that conditions regularly get so dry that\u00a0<em>if\u00a0<\/em>a variety of bushfires were to start at any point across the country, they would leave a distinct mark and spread quickly \u2014 especially if there was no response to contain them.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>DELIBERATELY LIT FIRES<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Today, there is over 100 fires spreading, many of which have been lit at the same time. Do we really have a \u2018climate emergency\u2019? Or do we have an arsonist emergency? Who is starting these fires?<\/p>\n<p>Recent policies over the last few years have also made<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/volunteerfirefighters.org.au\/hazard-reduction-targets-not-even-close\">hazard reduction activities more difficult<\/a><\/strong>, including a cut back in back-burning, where authorities identify at-risk areas close to developments and \u2018reduce the load\u2019 with controlled burning in preparation for bushfire season.<\/p>\n<p>As we learn more about the ongoing bushfire \u2018crisis\u2019, many mainstream media news reports are suggesting that\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.abc.net.au\/news\/2019-10-09\/northern-nsw-bushfires-believed-to-be-deliberately-lit\/11585108\">most of the fires were intentionally lit<\/a><\/strong>. This includes\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/TOTTNews\/posts\/2696487567066716?\">seven by an RFS volunteer<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pnas.org\/content\/114\/11\/2946\"><strong>experts estimate<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0about\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pc.gov.au\/research\/ongoing\/report-on-government-services\/2010\/2010\/33-chapter9-chapter.pdf\"><strong>85% of bushfires<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0are\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.parliament.vic.gov.au\/images\/FINAL_ARC_SCEP_Fire_season_preparedness_7_July_2016.pdf\">caused by humans<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and not by \u2018unprecedented conditions as is being described.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>RELATED:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/0CsS7V-GmxU\">They are killing us. We all know this technology is possible.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>GEOENGINEERING IN AUSTRALIA<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tottnews.com\/2018\/06\/25\/australian-companies-manipulating-our-weather\/\"><strong>For over five decades in Australia<\/strong><\/a>, the study of clouds, rain and the atmosphere has been largely hidden from the public, as a secretive network of government agencies and private business interests continue to manipulate the weather around us to their personal benefit.<\/p>\n<p>Geoengineering, or weather manipulation, has now become commonly accepted as the deliberate intervention or large-scale manipulation of the climate system of Earth to counteract \u2018global warming\u2019 or to influence the environment.<\/p>\n<p>In Australia, cloud seeding was first trialed in Australia in 1947 when the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cmar.csiro.au\/e-print\/open\/cloud.htm\"><strong>CSIRO used Royal Australian Air Force aircrafts<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0to drop dry ice into the tops of cumulus clouds.<\/p>\n<p>Following the success of initial trials, CSIRO scientists would continue this work until 1952, soon expanding to include theoretical, laboratory and airborne investigations of cloud structure.<\/p>\n<p>As technological advancements began to take shape, so did the scale of programs and cooperation between countries to advance these techniques in the 20th Century.<\/p>\n<p>One of the largest operations in Australia,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.theblackvault.com\/community\/forum\/the-war-on-terrorism-homeland-security\/the-jindalee-operational-radar-network-jorn\/\"><strong>compared similarly to HAARP<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0in the United States, is the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Jindalee_Operational_Radar_Network\"><strong><em>Jindalee Operational Radar Network<\/em><\/strong><strong>\u00a0(JORN)<\/strong><\/a>, where BAE Systems will undertake\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.defencesa.com\/projects\/jindalee-operational-radar-network\"><strong>significant upgrades<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0through a $1.2 billion enhancement over the next 10 years.<\/p>\n<p>Modern operations include weather and water experimental company,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.snowyhydro.com.au\/our-energy\/cloud-seeding\/our-cloud-seeding-program\/\"><strong>Snowy Hydro<\/strong><\/a>, based out of the Snowy Mountains in NSW, authorised by the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.legislation.nsw.gov.au\/maintop\/view\/inforce\/act+19+2004+cd+0+N\"><strong><em>Snowy Mountains Cloud Seeding Act<\/em><\/strong><strong>\u00a02004<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hydro.com.au\/\"><strong>Hydro Tasmania<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/australianrain.com.au\/services.html\"><strong>Australian Rain Technologies<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0are also usual characters in this field.<\/p>\n<p>In December 2006, the Queensland government\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cloud_seeding#Australia\"><strong>announced $7.6 million<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0in funding for \u201cwarm cloud\u201d seeding research to be conducted jointly by the Australian Bureau of Meteorology and the United States National Center for Atmospheric Research.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.weathermodification.com\/index.php\"><strong>Weather Modification, Inc<\/strong>.<\/a>\u00a0also supported the Queensland Environmental Protection Agency during their 2008 \u2018Feasibility Study for the Augmentation of Rain &amp; Air Chemistry Monitoring\u2019 \u2013\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.weathermodification.com\/projects.php?id=4\"><strong>providing an instrumented aircraft and crew for cloud seeding<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Former Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/mobile.abc.net.au\/news\/2007-11-20\/turnbull-pumps-10m-into-rainmaking-gamble\/731004\"><strong>announced in 2007<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0that $10 million from the Australian Government Water Fund will be given to the investigation of an \u2018untried technology\u2019 that aims to trigger rainfall from the atmosphere, even when there are no clouds.<\/p>\n<p>This is where things that getting interesting.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>THE RISE OF SMART CITIES<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>For those who are unaware, the Australian government has\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tottnews.com\/2019\/05\/12\/australia-smart-city-infrastructure\/\">committed to a new \u201cSmart Cities Plan\u201d<\/a><\/strong>, which sets out the government\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=LxVoDzsn0pE\"><strong>vision for \u2018productive and livable cities\u2019<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0in the near future.<\/p>\n<p>The plan represents a framework for cities policy at the federal level, and it will guide action across various portfolios to deliver \u2018sustainable\u2019 outcomes for cities and the people who live in them.<\/p>\n<p>The Smart Cities Plan sets out the Australian government\u2019s vision for our cities, and it includes three pillars: Smart Investment, Smart Policy and Smart Technology.<\/p>\n<p>Key domestic initiatives include the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infrastructure.gov.au\/cities\/smart-cities\/plan\/index.aspx\"><strong>Smart Cities Plan<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infrastructure.gov.au\/cities\/city-deals\/index.aspx\"><strong>City Deals<\/strong><\/a>, the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infrastructure.gov.au\/cities\/smart-cities\/\"><strong>Smart Cities and Suburbs Program<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infrastructure.gov.au\/cities\/national-cities-performance-framework\/index.aspx\"><strong>National Cities Performance Framework<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p href=\"https:\/\/www.perth.wa.gov.au\/news-and-updates\/all-news\/city-of-perth-to-embrace-smart-technology\">Smart Cities and Suburbs Program<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.darwin.nt.gov.au\/council\/transforming-darwin\/smart-darwin\/smartdarwin-overview\"><em>#SmartDarwin\u00a0<\/em>project<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.melbourne.vic.gov.au\/about-melbourne\/melbourne-profile\/smart-city\/Pages\/smart-city.aspx\"><strong><em>Melbourne as a smart city<\/em><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0project<\/li>\n<li>Sunshine Coast Council\u2019s\u00a0<a Program<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Ipswich\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.qld.gov.au\/transport\/projects\/cavi\/cavi-project\"><strong><em>Cooperative and Automated Vehicle Initiative<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=VHI2jzggIZ8\"><strong><em>Adelaide Smart City initiative<\/em><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and many others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Smart city initiatives have been instrumental in the development of China\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Social_Credit_System\"><strong>draconian social credit system<\/strong><\/a>, and we have expressed concerns that\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tottnews.com\/2019\/02\/26\/chinas-social-credit-system-may-soon-reach-australia\/\"><strong>a similar system will soon reach Australia<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ultimately, these fragmented projects will develop and connect together to make up the smart city vision, and we are already seeing small examples of this come to light.<\/p>\n<p>But why is this important? Photo: AWW<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>Enter the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Consolidated_Land_and_Rail_Australia\">Consolidated Land and Rail Australia<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0company, better known as CLARA, which made a proposal to the Australian government in 2017 for a high-speed rail train line from Brisbane to Melbourne, including a vision of new smart cities to be built along the southern route of the plan.<\/p>\n<p>The consortium is headed by Nick Cleary, and the company has sold bureaucrats and ministers on a vision so large it\u2019s almost eye-watering: a high-speed rail network that would open the way for not one,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/australia-news\/2019\/aug\/05\/too-good-to-be-true-australias-high-speed-rail-dream-leaves-a-bitter-taste\"><strong>but\u00a0<em>eight new cities<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, each between 200,0000 and 600,000 people, along its route.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe policy on population has failed because we have failed to overcome the tyranny of distance,\u201d\u00a0<\/em>Cleary says.\u00a0<em>\u201cBetween now and 2061 we are going to grow the population by 15 million. Our plan is to build cities at scale connected by high-speed rail.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.clara.com.au\/the-clara-plan.html\"><strong>According to their official website<\/strong><\/a>:\u00a0<em>\u201c<\/em><em>CLARA is Australia\u2019s most ambitious master-planning project: eight compact smart cities across Victoria and NSW connected to Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney by high-speed rail. Liveable, connected and sustainable. Self-sufficient in energy and water use.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The first network of cities worldwide designed around people, not private cars, in 100 years. The first CLARA city is proposed near Shepparton in Victoria\u2019s north.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a vision to transform the settlement patterns of Australia entrenched for more than 200 years. And all to be achieved by the private sector, with only minimal government involvement.<\/p>\n<p>ASIC searches show a web of companies behind CLARA, and Cleary says there is a separate consortium agreement and\u00a0<em>\u201ca number of firms that are funding us while we pass milestones\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Until recently, there\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.railexpress.com.au\/fast-rail-funding-for-clara-questioned\/\">have been serious doubts<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0that the project would even get off the ground, after being predicted to cost north of $100 billion to fully clear land and develop infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>Could there be something going on beneath the surface?<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>THE SMOKING GUN?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Cleary says they have secured crucial land to begin this mass project around the sites of the first two new cities, stating\u00a0<em>\u201cwe have some land in our control around those locations. It\u2019s around those areas, about 10km from Shepparton.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>When investigating this, one must ask the question:<\/p>\n<p>Is it merely a coincidence that this area is one of the locations under serious threat from fires? \u2013\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/greatershepparton.com.au\/community\/emergencies\/fire\"><strong>http:\/\/greatershepparton.com.au\/community\/emergencies\/fire<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This is not simply an isolated incident or \u2018coincidence\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Closer examination shows\u00a0<strong>many of the current fires<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>along the east coast correspond to the proposed route for the high-speed rail line<\/strong>\u00a0and<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>locations that are part of the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.clara.com.au\/high-speed-rail.html\"><strong>CLARA id=\"atatags-2-5e1105071aa08\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Government funding contribution to the CLARA proposal is up to $8,000,000, a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infrastructure.gov.au\/rail\/trains\/faster_rail\/files\/Fact-Sheet-CLARA-Oct-18.pdf\"><strong>fact sheet on high-speed rail<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0says, and in the aftermath of the loss of these fires, both will have a perfect opportunity to snatch up land that is now being cleared (by fires) to make way for the rail line.<\/p>\n<p>Those who have lost property to fires along the proposed rail route will likely not be allowed to rebuild on their land, instead encouraged to rebuild in the areas designated for new smart cities.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, CLARA has already signed agreements with landowners along the proposed route for the high-speed train, which have now lapsed and leave a bitter taste for farmers in the areas.<\/p>\n<p>Could we be seeing the intentional burning of Australia? How is this all ultimately connected?<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>AGENDA 21\/2030<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>The significant linkage here is that the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infrastructure.gov.au\/cities\/Sustainable-Development-Goal-11.aspx\"><strong>government fully admits<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0smart cities are part of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tottnews.com\/2019\/04\/27\/agenda-2030-australia\/\"><strong>Australia\u2019s significant contribution toward achievement of Agenda 2030<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u2018Sustainable
