The tint<br \/>\nfor the beckground and wetermerk is Rod PMS 192.<br \/>\nThe watormark and int must appear on the balot itselt, not anly on the stub.<br \/>\nPlease note that for color-on-color combinations, the tint value for the background<br \/>\nshould produce a light tint. The watermark should be cearty visible and distinct from<br \/>\nthe beckground.
