Trey Trainor to Newsmax TV: Voter Fraud Is Taking Place<\/h1>\n

Chair of the Federal Election Commission Trey Trainor believes voter fraud is taking place in states still counting ballots.<\/p>\n

During a Friday appearance on Newsmax TV\u2019s \u201cNational Report<\/a>,\u201d Trainor said locations not granting observers access to watch the ballot\u00a0counting process could be involved in voter fraud.<\/p>\n

\u201cI do believe that there is voter fraud taking place in these places,\u201d he said. \u201cOtherwise they would allow the observers to go in.\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite winning a court order, which allows the Trump campaign to send observers to watch ballot counting in Pennsylvania from six feet away, Trainor said ballot watchers \u201chave not been allowed into the polling locations in a meaningful way.\u201d<\/p>\n

He said when observers have been permitted to watch, the goalpost has been moved away from the six feet required by the court order.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey have not been allowed that meaningful access,\u201d he said, adding there has not been transparency in the election.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur whole political system is based upon transparency to avoid the appearance of corruption,\u201d he said pointing out that Pennsylvania and other states are not conducting counting in a transparent manner.<\/p>\n

\u201cState law allows those observers to be in there,\u201d he said, adding if the law isn\u2019t being followed then this election is \u201cillegitimate.\u201d<\/p>\n

He said the lawsuits filed by the Trump campaign are \u201cvery valid allegations\u201d that need to be \u201cfully vetted\u201d by the court system. He predicts some of the legal challenges will likely end up in the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n
