An adviser to Democratic candidate Biden\u2019s campaign told a group of Syrians that, if the Biden administration sees the light<\/i>\u00a0[meaning: comes to power]<i>, \u201cit will make clear to Russian President Vladimir Putin that there can be no American, or European, support for the reconstruction of Syria unless political reform takes place, and that reform must be meaningful<\/i>\u00a0[meaning: replaces the existing Government]<i>. Additionally, the main humanitarian issues must be addressed, and presidential accountability must take place<\/i>[meaning: Bashar al-Assad must be captured, tried by his victorious enemies, and executed]<i>. Biden stressed the need to release prisoners, while keeping the US sanctions on the Syrian regime and the entities that deal with it in place, including Russia.\u201d<\/i><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>If anything, Biden will increase, not decrease, the invasion of Syria. He will be continuing what U.S. President Barack Obama had started, and what U.S. President Donald Trump had (though with reduced intensity) continued. The plan started even prior to 2011.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>On 17 April 2011, the\u00a0<i>Washington Post<\/i>\u00a0headlined\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.apple.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/www.apple.com&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1604913700095000&amp;usg=AFQjCNG-tM6D0oosvXUTu4zig2-vbSRLDA\">\u201cU.S. secretly backed Syrian opposition groups, cables released by WikiLeaks show\u201d<\/a>, and reported that,<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><i>The State Department has secretly financed Syrian political opposition groups and related projects, including a satellite TV channel that beams anti-government programming into the country, according to previously undisclosed diplomatic cables. The London-based satellite channel, Barada TV, began broadcasting in April 2009 but has ramped up operations to cover the mass protests in Syria as part of a long-standing campaign to overthrow the country\u2019s autocratic leader, Bashar al-Assad.<\/i><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>On 14 October 2012, the<i>\u00a0New York Times<\/i>\u00a0bannered\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/DCFnK\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/archive.is\/DCFnK&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1604913700095000&amp;usg=AFQjCNHJNbKMW8vGkjQjExrmTUMcLkrVrA\">\u201cRebel Arms Flow Is Said to Benefit Jihadists in Syria\u201d<\/a>, and reported that, \u201cMost of the arms shipped at the behest of Saudi Arabia and Qatar to supply Syrian rebel groups fighting the government of Bashar al-Assad are going to hard-line Islamic jihadists.\u201d<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>On 25 February 2013, the\u00a0<i>Times<\/i>\u00a0headlined\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20180316235714\/https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2013\/02\/26\/world\/middleeast\/in-shift-saudis-are-said-to-arm-rebels-in-syria.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20180316235714\/https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2013\/02\/26\/world\/middleeast\/in-shift-saudis-are-said-to-arm-rebels-in-syria.html&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1604913700095000&amp;usg=AFQjCNGU5ORwoE4Cy0tSEMv7znPwcAcyfw\">\u201cSaudis Step Up Help for Rebels in Syria With Croatian Arms\u201d<\/a>, and reported that, \u201cSaudi Arabia has financed a large purchase of infantry weapons from Croatia and quietly funneled them to antigovernment fighters in Syria,\u201d and that, \u201cWashington\u2019s role in the shipments, if any, is not clear.\u201d<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>On 27 April 2013, the\u00a0<i>Times<\/i>\u00a0reported that,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/archive.is\/4yDd0#selection-779.1-779.81\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/archive.is\/4yDd0%23selection-779.1-779.81&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1604913700095000&amp;usg=AFQjCNHbI6V2xpZY20upuJaCU4yoBFI4Gw\">\u201cNowhere in rebel-controlled Syria is there a secular fighting force to speak of.\u201d<\/a><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>By the end of 2013, the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/world-middle-east-24403003\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/world-middle-east-24403003&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1604913700095000&amp;usg=AFQjCNFXXbnaViB06YT3tZJxWqbgRuqAPA\">BBC was already estimating that<\/a>, \u201cThere are believed to be as many as 1,000 armed opposition groups in Syria, commanding an estimated 100,000 fighters.\u201d Very few of them were Syrians, as a consequence of which, when the United States, in December 2013, banned its surging numbers of hired jihadists from around the world, to cooperate with Al Qaeda\u2019s Syrian organization, which then was called \u201cal-Nusrah,\u201d all of the participating jihadist organizations signed a joint statement, saying\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sott.net\/article\/343169-Russia-now-runs-the-peace-process-to-end-Syrias-War\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.sott.net\/article\/343169-Russia-now-runs-the-peace-process-to-end-Syrias-War&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1604913700096000&amp;usg=AFQjCNGijTD813VOf_RkMEnow1_-hpoZPg\">\u201cWe are all Al Nusrah\u201d<\/a>, and U.S. President Barack Obama then promptly undertook a massive CIA operation, to arm and train Al Nusrah to lead the \u2019Syrian rebels.\u2019<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>On 11 September 2013, the\u00a0<i>Washington Post<\/i>\u00a0bannered,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/archive.is\/Jdqg1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/archive.is\/Jdqg1&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1604913700096000&amp;usg=AFQjCNGSeLG17R2FF55BJVGt5SmFA5bbng\">\u201cCIA begins weapons\u00a0delivery to Syrian rebels\u201d<\/a>, and reported that,<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><i>The CIA has begun delivering weapons to rebels in Syria, ending months of\u00a0delay in lethal aid that had been promised by the Obama administration,\u00a0according to U.S. officials and Syrian figures. The shipments began streaming\u00a0into the country over the past two weeks, along with separate deliveries by the\u00a0State Department of vehicles and other gear \u2014 a flow of material that marks a\u00a0major escalation of the U.S. role in Syria\u2019s civil war.<\/i><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>On 2 July 2017, independent journalist Dilyana Gaytandzhieva headlined\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/archive.is\/oefVf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/archive.is\/oefVf&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1604913700096000&amp;usg=AFQjCNG8xi2oU9K9HPorzNJK9JZdOSjBTA\">\u201c350 diplomatic flights carry weapons for terrorists\u201d<\/a>, and reported that, \u201cU.S. sends $1 billion worth of weapons. Among the main customers of the \u2018diplomatic flights for weapons\u2019 service provided by Silk Way Airlines are American companies, which supply weapons to the US army and US Special Operations Command. The common element in these cases is that they all supply non-US standard weapons.\u201d The objective was to hinder tracing back to the U.S. Government the weapons that the jihadists (\u2018rebels\u2019) were using.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The BBC-TV series\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/The_Night_Manager_(TV_series)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/The_Night_Manager_(TV_series)&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1604913700096000&amp;usg=AFQjCNFWgKIrjEVxIk9PDhWRXzmvide8Rw\"><i>The Night Manager<\/i><\/a>\u00a0(now on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/The-Night-Manager-Season-1\/dp\/B01EIM5NGG\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/The-Night-Manager-Season-1\/dp\/B01EIM5NGG&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1604913700096000&amp;usg=AFQjCNGJkUE_DDOBQ03rLjbVumHtV_Hg1w\">Amazon Prime Video<\/a>) is a high quality dramatization of the setting-up of a shipment of arms to the jihadists in Syria that failed to be delivered as the arms-dealers and the top levels of the UK and U.S. Governments had planned for them to be delivered. Included in the shipment (and shown prominently in the series\u2019s fifth installment) are\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?client=opera&amp;q=napalm+syria&amp;sourceid=opera&amp;ie=UTF-8&amp;oe=UTF-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?client%3Dopera%26q%3Dnapalm%2Bsyria%26sourceid%3Dopera%26ie%3DUTF-8%26oe%3DUTF-8&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1604913700096000&amp;usg=AFQjCNGoOwXq6IvtPYrETwv2qlB3OUZ6ZQ\">napalm warheads such as actually are used in order to help to conquer Syria&#8217;s Government<\/a>. (Those napalm-attacks are set up so as to be blamed against Syria\u2019s Government.)<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The reconstruction costs from\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/archive.is\/ICu82\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/archive.is\/ICu82&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1604913700096000&amp;usg=AFQjCNHduPnUsV_J_XVH5_D6G-VOVvXfAw\">this foreign invasion of Syria by around a hundred thousand jihadists, who have been paid by the Sauds and armed by the United States, to overthrow<\/a>\u00a0the secularist Syrian President, Bashar al-Assad, and to oust from power his committedly secularist Ba\u2019ath Party, are \u201cball park\u201d\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/documents1.worldbank.org\/curated\/en\/424551565105634645\/pdf\/Growth-after-War-in-Syria.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/documents1.worldbank.org\/curated\/en\/424551565105634645\/pdf\/Growth-after-War-in-Syria.pdf&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1604913700096000&amp;usg=AFQjCNE7kmzMHhg4AzzPFa9eMIDMxW9biQ\">estimated by the World Bank, as follows<\/a>:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><i>The volume of the funding required for reconstruction has been estimated at USD\u00a0 250 billion by the United Nations to as high as USD1 trillion (POMEPS 2018), by far more than could be provided by Syrian allies.<\/i><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In other words: reconstruction of Syria won\u2019t happen, unless the sponsors of the jihadist invasion \u2014 the U.S. and its Saudi, Turkish, Qatari, and other allies \u2014 succeed in their regime-change objective, which would place into power\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/archive.is\/UnboX\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/archive.is\/UnboX&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1604913700096000&amp;usg=AFQjCNG0X2PI8cOdq0dGtyrTXJqcDiE2AQ\">a group of leaders whom the Saud family will have selected, and for which that family has been scouting attractive prospective rulers for Syria ever since, at least, 2015<\/a>.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>America and its allies have created between $250 billion and $1 trillion in damages to Syria, and won\u2019t contribute anything to reconstructing that nation unless and until Syria\u2019s existing Government becomes conquered, and Bashar al-Assad is captured, tried by his victorious enemies, and executed.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The U.N. is powerless, and is silent on this matter, except to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.apple.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/www.apple.com&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1604913700096000&amp;usg=AFQjCNGDIJ1Fi9mE1Ea_w1AnHS_Vm8Mrdg\">condemn Syria\u2019s existing
