The California Supreme Court has found that Gavin Newsom violated the Separation of Powers of the California Constitution and created a two-tier voting system in this State. Therefore, the California General election should be audited as a remedy for election interference by both Governor Gavin Newsom and Secretary of State Alex Padilla. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>California\u2019s citizens should not have to convince members of the State legislature of the fact that the State of California has been captured by the Democrats through every kind of election manipulation imaginable. That\u2019s because the California State Legislature is responsible for the statutes that they voted for in creating it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Furthermore, if California\u2019s citizens had done something even as late as 2018, about the illegal and legalized two tier voting system that has been in place in California for decades, the election process of the entire country would not now be in dire jeopardy.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>If Californians had demanded and received an audit in 2018, Gavin Newsom would not be Governor of California. Many California voters are 100% convinced of that!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Many California voters are also coming to the conclusion that California voted Red in both the 2018 and 2020 elections. That\u2019s because the same anomalies that are now being exposed in the 2020 election in other States across the country were being seen and noted across the State of California during and after the 2018 General Election. This included anomalies in the California Governor\u2019s race and in the races for the House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>An honest audit, free of \u201cany\u201d manipulation by either side, will be our last chance to have a free and fair election in this country. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>The California State legislature has a Constitutional duty to audit this election, because that is the remedy for election interference and what the California Supreme Court would likely demand for Gavin Newsom\u2019s interference in the 2020 election. The court found that his interference created a two-tiered voting system that has violated the rights of some counties in favor of others. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>The only reason that this remedy has not been sought as of yet by the California Supreme Court is because Gavin Newsom continues to appeal a <\/span><span class=\"s2\">final judgment<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> and misuse the court system in California in order to run out the clock on this election cycle. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>It is time for the California legislature to step up and actually represent the voters of California. The voters of California have been disenfranchised by this \u201cTammany Hall-inspired\u201d California Election machine run and owned as per Dominion voting machines by Nancy Pelosi, Gavin Newsom, Kamala Harris and Dianne Feinstein for over a decade. The conflicts of interest involved are breathtaking. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>We demand an Audit.
