The lawsuit argues that all ballots cast via drop boxes are illegal because the establishment of the boxes themselves was illegal, thus creating a dilution of legal votes cast.<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit asks the Wisconsin Supreme Court to discard the illegal drop-box ballots, and, if said ballots cannot be identified for rejection, that the state legislature should take charge of the seating process for presidential electors to the Electoral College.<\/p>\n<div class=\"twitter-tweet twitter-tweet-rendered\"><iframe id=\"twitter-widget-0\" class=\"\" title=\"Twitter Tweet\" src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/embed\/index.html?creatorScreenName=Underground_USA&amp;dnt=true&amp;embedId=twitter-widget-0&amp;frame=false&amp;hideCard=false&amp;hideThread=false&amp;id=1331685608041877504&amp;lang=en&amp;origin=https%3A%2F%2Fnationalfile.com%2Fwisconsin-supreme-court-petitioned-to-declare-all-drop-box-ballots-illegal-block-certification%2F&amp;siteScreenName=nationalfile&amp;theme=light&amp;widgetsVersion=ed20a2b%3A1601588405575&amp;width=500px\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-tweet-id=\"1331685608041877504\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-5\"><\/div>\n<p>The lawsuit, filed on November 27, 2020, was done so on behalf of Wisconsin voter Dean Mueller. It argues that the Plaintiff\u2019s right to a \u201csafe, free, secure and transparent presidential election\u201d was violated \u201cin that his vote\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nationalfile.com\/suspicious-minnesota-wisconsin-both-had-unrealistic-89-90-voter-turnout\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">has been diluted<\/a>\u00a0by the counting of thousands of illegal votes placed in illegal ballot drop boxes across the State of Wisconsin.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit states that over 500 ballot drop boxes were illegally installed in 72 counties throughout the state in violation of the law. The complaint goes on to state that the Wisconsin Elections Commission did not have the authority, under Wisconsin election law, to establish or approve their use.<\/p>\n<p>The commission\u2019s establishment, approval of, and endorsement of the drop boxes use, the lawsuit states, amounted to unilaterally enacting a new elections law. The US Constitution \u2013 along with a reiteration of the provision in the 2000\u00a0<em>Bush v.
