{"id":39492,"date":"2020-12-02T13:19:15","date_gmt":"2020-12-02T17:19:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/?p=39492"},"modified":"2020-12-02T13:20:57","modified_gmt":"2020-12-02T17:20:57","slug":"over-250-ongoing-vote-fraud-investigations-in-georgia-alone","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/?p=39492","title":{"rendered":"Over 250 Ongoing Vote Fraud Investigations in Georgia Alone!"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>It&#8217;s a Lot: Georgia Eyes More Than 250 Investigations of &#8216;Credible Claims of Illegal Voting and Violation of State Election Law&#8217;<\/h2>\n<p><!--more-->By Alex Parker | RedState<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_39494\" style=\"width: 740px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-39494\" class=\"size-full wp-image-39494\" src=\"http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/8d23f71e-28bb-496b-942f-4716fe68d30a-730x487-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"730\" height=\"487\" srcset=\"http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/8d23f71e-28bb-496b-942f-4716fe68d30a-730x487-1.jpg 730w, http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/8d23f71e-28bb-496b-942f-4716fe68d30a-730x487-1-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 730px) 100vw, 730px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-39494\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">AP Photo\/John Bazemore<\/p><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"post-body\">The Georgia saga continues\u2026<\/h3>\n<p>On Monday, Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger announced the state\u2019s opened a whopping 250 investingations probing \u201ccredible claims of illegal voting and violation of state election law.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Brad relayed the news via a press conference, at which he said \u201cdishonest actors\u201d were loading the mediaverse with \u201cmassive amounts of misinformation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/georgia-secretary-of-state-opens-250-investigations-into-credible-claims-of-illegal-voting\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">noted<\/a>\u00a0by The Daily Wire, he lamented unnamed agents \u201cexploiting the emotions of many Trump supporters with fantastic claims, half truths, misinformation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Could he have been referring to Trump\u2019s legal team?<\/p>\n<p>Could be:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAnd frankly, they are misleading the President as well\u2026\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Either way, The Peach State\u2019s marching onward toward \u2014\u00a0<em>cross your fingers \u2014<\/em>\u00a0a\u00a0<em>fair election:<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAs we move forward in the process, we will, as we always have been, we will continue to investigate credible claims of illegal voting and violation of state election law.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"embed-responsive embed-responsive-16by9 mb-4\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/zuZ8L3iN5Xw\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>And it\u2019s a lot to sort:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThere are currently over 250 open cases from 2020, and we have 23 investigators to follow up on them. Some of these include a charge\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/redstate.com\/shipwreckedcrew\/2020\/11\/15\/famed-atlanta-attorney-lin-wood-has-sued-georgia-secretary-of-state-over-signature-matching-for-mail-in-ballots-n280257\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Gwinnett County<\/a>\u00a0that absentee ballots outnumber absentee envelopes. This is the kind of specific charge that our office can investigate and ascertain the truth.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Yes \u2014 let\u2019s not forget those absentee ballots:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWe have multiple investigations underway surrounding absentee ballots in Fulton, Gwinnett, Cobb, and many others. We continue our investigations into potential dead, double voters, and non-resident voters. As we move to the December 1st election \u2014 which is tomorrow \u2014 and the January 5th federal runoffs, we have to remain vigilant.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"my-4\"><\/div>\n<p>The state\u2019s got a host of things to figure out, and that January election is one more \u2014 yet, clearly not the main \u2014 reason to hurry things up where Decision 2020 is concerned.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/redstate.com\/shipwreckedcrew\/2020\/11\/30\/federal-judge-orders-voting-machines-in-three-georgia-counties-to-be-subject-to-expert-examination-in-powell-lawsuit-n287069\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reported<\/a>\u00a0by RedState\u2019s Shipwreckedcrew, evidence therein\u2019s been under threat of going the way of the dodo bird:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>There was a flurry of legal activity during the course of the day on Sunday regarding the status of Dominion voting machines in Georgia, and efforts by the Plaintiffs in the lawsuit brought by Sidney Powell and Lin Wood to have them preserved in their present condition until Plaintiffs\u2019 experts could examine them.<\/p>\n<p>Apparently, at some point, the Plaintiffs learned that all devices in Georgia are going to be \u201cwiped\u201d clean of data in preparation for the upcoming run-off elections scheduled for the first week of January 2021.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Therefore, the plaintiffs filed an emergency motion in federal court to keep the machines in their current state \u2014 read more\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/redstate.com\/shipwreckedcrew\/2020\/11\/30\/federal-judge-orders-voting-machines-in-three-georgia-counties-to-be-subject-to-expert-examination-in-powell-lawsuit-n287069\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/redstate.com\/shipwreckedcrew\/2020\/11\/30\/georgia-federal-judge-allows-defendants-to-challenge-his-tro-in-eleventh-circuit-court-of-appeals-n287309\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Back to Secretary of State Brad, he indicated a bunch of voter registration funny business that\u2019s getting looked into:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c[I\u2019m] announcing an investigation into third party groups working to register people in other states to vote here in Georgia.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"my-4\"><\/div>\n<p>There\u2019s been a mighty strong smell of fish:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWe have opened an investigation into a group called America Votes who is sending absentee ballot applications to people at addresses where they have not lived since 1994; Vote Forward, who attempted to register a dead Alabama voter \u2014 a woman \u2014 to vote here in Georgia; The New Georgia Project, who sent voter registration applications to New York City; and Operation New Voter Registration Georgia, who is telling college students in Georgia that they can change their residency to Georgia and then change it back after the election.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Speaking of tuna (and election fraud), I\u2019m reminded once again of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/redstate.com\/alexparker\/2020\/11\/05\/department-justice-armed-agents-investigate-ballot-counting-locations-n275670\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cody Tims<\/a>, the American who received his mail-in ballot back in July.<\/p>\n<p>Cody, as it turns out, has been dead for 12 years.<\/p>\n<p>And perhaps just as prohibitive, Mr. Tims is a\u00a0<em>cat.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cody\u2019s a powerful reminder of what can happen. And, worse, what\u00a0<em>did.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>What<em>\u00a0else<\/em>\u00a0did??<\/p>\n<p>In Georgia, here\u2019s to hoping the rightful results get squared away.
