First it was\u00a0Louisiana<\/a><\/strong>, then late on Tuesday Eric Schmitt, the Attorney General for\u00a0Missouri<\/strong>, announced he will join\u00a0Texas\u00a0<\/strong>in the battle to Supreme Court.<\/p>\n
