The SCOTUS is Populated by Spineless Cowards!"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><strong>Supreme Court Dismisses Texas 2020 Election Challenge; Alito and Thomas Disagree<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p><!--more-->CHARLIE SPIERING<br \/>\nBreitbart.com<\/p>\n<p class=\"subheading\">The Supreme Court dismissed a prominent legal challenge Friday to the 2020 election results filed Monday by the State of Texas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe State of Texas\u2019s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution,\u201d the\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.supremecourt.gov\/orders\/courtorders\/121120zr_p860.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external noreferrer\">statement<\/a>\u00a0from the Supreme Court read. \u201cTexas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"x5l\" title=\"View Supreme Court Order to Texas on Scribd\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scribd.com\/document\/487830472\/Supreme-Court-Order-to-Texas#from_embed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external noreferrer\">Supreme Court Order to Texas<\/a>\u00a0by\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" title=\"View Breitbart News's profile on Scribd\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scribd.com\/publisher\/298980670\/Breitbart-News#from_embed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external noreferrer\">Breitbart News<\/a>\u00a0on Scribd<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" id=\"doc_40425\" class=\"scribd_iframe_embed\" title=\"Supreme Court Order to Texas\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scribd.com\/embeds\/487830472\/content?start_page=1&amp;view_mode=scroll&amp;access_key=key-BwzhYqonMnSqjaRvbVOD\" width=\"100%\" height=\"600\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" data-auto-height=\"false\" data-aspect-ratio=\"0.7729220222793488\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a case directly to the Supreme Court, challenging the election results from Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin.<\/p>\n<p>The suit argued that the four states illegally made changes to the voting rules through the courts instead of through state legislatures, violating the Electors Clause.
