The youngest sister in the Chao family, Angela, currently serves as\u00a0deputy chairman of\u00a0the Foremost Group, an international shipping company based out of New York<\/a>. This company was originally founded in\u00a01964 by Angela\u2019s father, James\u00a0Chao; he remains the company\u2019s chairman to this day.<\/p>\n

Angela Chao received an undergraduate degree in economics from\u00a0Harvard College and her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. She currently serves on the\u00a0Harvard Business School\u2019s Board of Dean\u2019s Advisors, as well as on the\u00a0Council on Foreign Relations.<\/p>\n

In addition to her work with the Foremost Group, Angela Chao tours America, Europe, and Asia as a speaker, talking about her experiences with education and business. In addition, she frequently shares stories from her childhood and of growing up in America,\u00a0according to her website<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Chao married investment banker\u00a0Bruce Wasserstein<\/strong>\u00a0in 2009; he died later that year. She is currently married to\u00a0Jim Breyer<\/strong>, a venture capitalist and the\u00a0CEO of Breyer Capital<\/strong>.\u201d\u00a0Source<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cIn April 2008, Chao\u2019s father gave Chao and McConnell between $5 million and $25 million, which \u201cboosted McConnell\u2019s personal worth from a minimum of $3 million in 2007 to more than $7 million\u201d[94] and \u201chelped the McConnells after their stock portfolio dipped in the wake of the financial crisis that year\u201d.\u00a0Source<\/a><\/p>\n
