Italian Supreme Court lawyer Professor\u00a0Alfio D\u2019Urso has presented evidence against arrested Italian defense contractor Leonardo\u2019s Security Head Arturo D\u2019Elia\u2019s involvement in the US Election hacking<\/a>\u00a0case. The information was presented to D\u2019Urso by a high-level security services official who also stated that Arturo is willing to testify against all individuals and entities involving in the switching of votes. Arturo D\u2019Elia served as IT security consultant at NATO\u2019s Communication and Information Agency in Rome. Leonardo\u2019s involvement in US Election Hacking<\/h2>\n

As reported by\u00a0GreatGameIndia<\/a>\u00a0earlier, former CIA officer Bradley Johnson had revealed that\u00a0Italian defense contractor Leonardo satellites were used in 2020 US Election hacking<\/a>.<\/p>\n

According to Johnson, Frankfurt servers only hosted partial tracks of the hacking. The operation to recalibrate the hacking attack took place through Leonardo servers and after this switching of numbers the new manipulated data was sent back to the Dominion voting machines in the US.<\/p>\n

This data transfer explained the infamous\u00a0\u201cglitch\u201d in Dominion Voting machines during the election<\/a>, according to the officer.<\/p>\n

The information was\u00a0confirmed<\/a>\u00a0by former United States National Security Advisor General Flynn for which his account was banned by Twitter.<\/p>\n

Who is Arturo D\u2019Elia<\/h2>\n

Arturo D\u2019Elia served as IT security consultant at NATO\u2019s Communication and Information Agency in Rome between 2010 and 2015. He was also the Security Head for the Italian Defense contractor Leonardo SpA.<\/p>\n

He developed a Linux Live Distibution for the perform forensics capturing data from devices storage which is used by Italian Police of the State and Military Corporation. D\u2019Elia also developed a Sun Solaris vulnerability fix for US Air Force Pentagon Systems.<\/p>\n

He also developed a tool for SQL Injections database, MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle and PostgreSQL. with the main function to dump entire database.<\/p>\n

As\u00a0reported<\/a>\u00a0by Reuters, Arturo D\u2019Elia is one of the two persons arrested in Leonardo hacking case.<\/p>\n

Italian police said on Dec. 5 that at least 10 gigabytes of confidential data was stolen from Leonardo through a malware installed on targeted machines.<\/em><\/p>\n

Asked about the details in the court document, Leonardo repeated that classified, strategic information was not held on the computers that were violated. Leonardo does not store top secret military data at the group\u2019s plant in Pomigliano d\u2019Arco, near Naples.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The police arrested Arturo D\u2019Elia and Antonio Rossi who had both worked at Leonardo, over their role in hacking 94 computers, 33 of which were located at the group\u2019s Pomigliano plant.<\/p>\n

According to information provided by a high-level security services official, Italian Supreme Court lawyer Alfio D\u2019Urso has drafted a sworn affidavit presenting details about Arturo D\u2019Elia involvement in US Election.<\/p>\n

Arturo D\u2019Elia, former head of the IT Department of Leonardo SpA, has been charged by\u00a0 the public prosecutor of Naples, for technology data manipulation and implantation of viruses in the main computers of Leonardo SpA in December, 2020.<\/em><\/p>\n

D\u2019Elia has been deposed by the presiding judge in Naples, and in sworn testimony states on for November 2020 under instruction and direction of us persons working from the US Embassy in Rome undertook the operation to switch data from the US elections of three November 2020 from significant margin of victory for Donald Trump to Joe Biden in a number of states where Joe Biden was losing the vote totals.<\/em><\/p>\n

Defendant stated he was working in Pescara facility of Leonardo, and utilized military grade cyber warfare encryption capabilities to transmit switched votes.<\/em><\/p>\n
