On both Dec. 5 and Dec. 6, reporter John Solomon at The Hill released two bombshell columns in which he made massive revelations about the ongoing SpyGate & Uranium One scandals.<\/p>\n
In his first column titled \u201cFBI Email Chain May Provide Most Damning Evidence Of FISA Abuses Yet<\/a>\u201d, Solomon revealed that House Representative Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) recently added an email chain from the Justice Department\u2019s\u00a0National Security Division<\/a>\u00a0(NSD) to the list of SpyGate documents that Republicans in Congress want President Donald Trump to declassify.<\/p>\n Solomon\u2019s report starts this way:<\/p>\n \u201cJust before Thanksgiving, House Republicans amended the list of documents they\u2019d like\u00a0President Trump<\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0to declassify in the\u00a0Russia investigation<\/a>. With little fanfare or explanation, the lawmakers led by House Intelligence Committee Chairman\u00a0Devin Nunes<\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0(R-Calif.) added a string of emails between the\u00a0FBI<\/a>\u00a0and the Department of Justice (DOJ) to their wish list.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n Nunes and other sources say this email chain from inside the NSD reveals that top officials in the DOJ, the FBI, and NSD lawyers had \u201cconcerns\u201d about the reliability of the biggest piece of evidence that was going to be proffered to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) to get a warrant to spy on the Trump campaign. That main piece of evidence is the now infamous Steele dossier.<\/p>\n Here\u2019s a brief summary of the major problems with the Steele Dossier:<\/p>\n Despite all those problematic facts about Steele\u2019s dossier, it was still presented to the FISC as being good, solid, verified intelligence straight from the intelligence community and not from a bunch of stridently anti-Trump political operatives who were very well paid to create it.<\/p>\n Solomon\u2019s article now suggests there is email evidence from inside the DOJ itself that proves the top officials that proffered that dossier to the FISC as evidence knew it was not only unverified but that it was a political smear job funded by the other campaign in the 2016 election.<\/p>\n As if this wasn\u2019t enough of a bombshell, on Thursday afternoon Solomon posted another huge scoop: \u201cFeds Received Whistleblower Evidence In 2017 Alleging Clinton Foundation Wrongdoing<\/a>.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Last week, news broke about a Clinton Foundation whistleblower who was the target of\u00a0a very well publicized FBI raid<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span>The public cover story about that raid went like this:<\/span><\/p>\n Whistleblower Dennis Nathan Cain suddenly was outed publicly and it became known he had thousands of incriminating documents related to the Clinton Foundation, so he was almost instantly raided by the DOJ\/FBI looking to seize the documents.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Well, that was the cover story.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>The actual story is that Cain had already given the documents to the FBI and the IRS over a year ago, as Solomon notes here in his latest article:<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThe answer to the second question may reside in 6,000 pages of evidence attached to a whistleblower submission filed secretly more than a year ago with the IRS and FBI.<\/span><\/p>\n\n
