{"id":53963,"date":"2021-02-25T16:43:31","date_gmt":"2021-02-25T20:43:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/?p=53963"},"modified":"2021-02-25T16:43:31","modified_gmt":"2021-02-25T20:43:31","slug":"frontline-doctor-fbi-broke-down-my-door-in-swat-team-raid-of-20-men","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/?p=53963","title":{"rendered":"Frontline Doctor: FBI \u2018broke down my door\u2019 in swat team raid of 20 men"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><em><strong>Dr. Simone Gold related the nature of her arrest, how the distribution of experimental vaccines violates the Nuremburg Code, and why COVID-19 censorship is a \u2018crime against humanity.\u2019<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<p><!--more-->By Patrick Delaney<br \/>\nLifeSite News<\/p>\n<p>LOS ANGELES, California, February 23, 2021 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/\">LifeSiteNews<\/a>) \u2014 In a recent\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=BraR-HQO6Qs&amp;feature=youtu.be\">interview<\/a>\u00a0with Michelle Malkin, Dr. Simone Gold, founder of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.americasfrontlinedoctors.com\/\">American Frontline Doctors<\/a>\u00a0(AFLD) discussed the lack of authentic informed consent with regards to experimental vaccines, censorship as a \u201ccrime against humanity,\u201d and how she was subjected to a massive swat team raid upon her home by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in order to arrest her for being present in the U.S. Capitol Building on January 6<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>In describing this incident, Gold said, \u201cI was paid a visit by the FBI in a Roger Stone kind of take down moment, which is quite uncalled for. You know, if anybody wanted to get a hold of me, they could have picked up the phone and called. I\u2019m very easy to find. But there were literally twenty guys with guns blazing, [and they] broke down my door,\u201d Gold said.<\/p>\n<div class=\"art-video-inline\">\n<div class=\"art-video-embed\" data-entry-id=\"213831\" data-entry-urltitle=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/BraR-HQO6Qs\" data-event-type=\"Video\" data-event-play=\"Play Article Video\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"entryid-213831\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/BraR-HQO6Qs\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-lazy-loaded=\"1\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cIt was dramatic and what I want to say is that I weep for our country. If you can pull in a person like me \u2026 [and] have the FBI break down your door with 20 guns, shackle you [in] handcuffs [and] drag you off, I mean it was really terrible \u2026 I&#8217;m telling you America, this can happen to you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Gold\u2019s reference was to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/opinion\/a-staggering-partial-list-of-democrats-flagrant-corruption-in-the-2020-election\">former<\/a>\u00a0President Donald Trump\u2019s ally Roger Stone, who as an unarmed 66-year-old, without a passport, under investigation for lying to Congress, was arrested in a 2019\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/YHto0duokwk\">predawn swat team raid<\/a>\u00a0at his home, with a CNN photographer conveniently present to obtain footage.<\/p>\n<p>One GOP congressman at the time,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/news.yahoo.com\/gop-rep-roger-stone-raid-190520002.html\">called<\/a> this an obvious \u201cdisproportionate show of force\u201d and a \u201cpolitical act\u201d meant to \u201cterrify\u201d Trump allies.<\/p>\n<p>Similarly, in 2016 officials from the office of then California attorney general Kamala Harris\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/news\/california-agents-raid-david-daleidens-home-seize-undercover-planned-parent\">raided<\/a>\u00a0the home of pro-life activist and journalist David Daleiden, who had captured undercover video evidence of Planned Parenthood\u2019s harvesting and sale of aborted babies\u2019 organs and tissue.<\/p>\n<p>Daleiden\u2019s attorney at the time, Matt Heffron, called this action \u201coutrageously out of proportion for the type of crime alleged \u2026 a discredit to law enforcement, [and] an oppressive abuse of government power.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Gold, appearing still dumbfounded by the magnitude of the incident, said \u201cI&#8217;m very mainstream, I&#8217;m an American, I&#8217;m a mom, I&#8217;m a doctor and a lawyer for God&#8217;s sake. I&#8217;ve spent my entire career helping people. I&#8217;ve worked in the inner city [with] impoverished people, really all of my career with black and brown people. I also don&#8217;t say that too often because I&#8217;m not looking for any accolades, I&#8217;m just saying,\u00a0<em>that&#8217;s literally who I am<\/em>. And I got\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/news\/doctor-who-was-fired-from-hospitals-censored-defamed-for-promoting-covid-cure-hires-top-lawyer\">fired<\/a>\u00a0from my job because I was giving people medicine that they needed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Gold, who has been on the forefront of challenging the government and media\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/blogs\/us-frontline-doctors-expose-criminal-campaign-by-tech-giants-govt-agencies-to-block-covid-cure\">narrative<\/a>\u00a0regarding the actual dangers of COVID-19, its\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.americasfrontlinedoctors.com\/how-do-i-get-covid-19-medication\/\">effective<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oann.com\/hydroxychloroquine\/\">treatment<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/news\/group-of-doctors-masks-are-completely-irrelevant-to-blocking-covid-19\">masks<\/a>, lockdowns, and the current\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/news\/youtube-bans-frontline-doctors-speech-criticizing-experimental-agent-covid-vaccine\">distribution<\/a>\u00a0of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/news\/physicians-covid-vaccines-are-experimental-and-should-never-be-mandated-or-forced\">experimental<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/news\/frontline-doctors-experimental-vaccines-not-safer-than-covid-19\">vaccines<\/a>, indicated\u2014in what appears to be a modest understatement\u2014that the excessive force inflicted upon her by the federal government\u2019s principal law enforcement agency, \u201cdoes feel a little bit like a persecution.\u201d<\/p>\n<h4>\u2018Reclaim the language. These are\u00a0<em>experimental<\/em>\u00a0vaccines.\u2019<\/h4>\n<p>In addressing many of these other critical topics in her interview, Gold began by emphasizing the importance of recognizing new COVID-19 vaccines as being experimental.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFirst of all, it&#8217;s so important that we reclaim the language. These are not vaccines. These are experimental vaccines,\u201d she said. \u201cThis is exactly their status. They are investigational agents only\u201d which will not be authorized as full vaccines until at least 2022.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is critical because I don&#8217;t understand how physicians in good conscience are rushing head long into recommending an experimental anything for anybody,\u201d Gold said.<\/p>\n<p>Those who do receive the vaccine enroll themselves in a medical trial, which, \u201calmost nobody chooses to do\u201d under normal circumstances when they are provided with this necessary information. And given the clear, official \u201cexperimental\u201d status of these injections, such a substance \u201ccannot be mandated,\u201d nor \u201cgiven willy-nilly to millions or tens of millions of people while it&#8217;s still in an experimental trial,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<h4>Due to fertility risks, \u2018It\u2019s lunacy\u2019 for young females to receive experimental vaccine<\/h4>\n<p>Furthermore, safety concerns with regards to these\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/news\/youtube-bans-frontline-doctors-speech-criticizing-experimental-agent-covid-vaccine\">experimental<\/a>\u00a0agents remain significant.<\/p>\n<p>Malkin asked Gold about a December\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/news\/doctors-petition-eu-to-stop-all-covid-vaccine-studies-due-to-grave-risks\">petition<\/a>\u00a0advanced by Dr. Michael Yeadon, who\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/lockdownsceptics.org\/what-sage-got-wrong\/\">previously held<\/a>\u00a0Pfizer\u2019s most senior research position in the field of allergy and respiratory medicines prior to his departure in 2011, to the European Medicines Agency (EMA), demanding the immediate suspension of all COVID-19 vaccine studies in Europe, due to four serious health risks.<\/p>\n<p>One of the risks listed in the petition are the real dangers to women\u2019s fertility. As Yeadon explained, these experimental vaccines are expected to produce anti-bodies to attack \u201cspike proteins\u201d such as COVID-19. However, \u201cspike proteins also contain syncytin-homologous proteins, which are essential for the formation of the placenta in mammals such as humans.\u201d Therefore, Yeadon and his colleagues demand that \u201c[it] must be absolutely ruled out\u201d that a coronavirus vaccine would not trigger an immune reaction against this protein, \u201cas otherwise infertility of indefinite duration could result in vaccinated women.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/news\/pfizer-coronavirus-vaccine-not-safe-for-pregnant-or-breastfeeding-mums-potential-danger-for-fertility\">Government guidance<\/a>\u00a0in the U.K.\u00a0itself urges various groups, including pregnant mothers, not to take the Pfizer experimental COVID\u00a0vaccine, as well as stating that its impact on fertility is unknown. The World Health Organization\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/news\/pregnant-or-under-18-dont-get-modernas-covid-vaccine-who-says\">issued<\/a>\u00a0a similar warning with regards to the Moderna experimental vaccine.<\/p>\n<p>Gold responded by relating the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/news\/pregnant-doctor-celebrates-taking-covid-vaccine-tragically-miscarries-days-later\">tragic story<\/a>\u00a0of a young female physician who, as a strong advocate for the experimental COVID vaccines, completed the injections while in the second trimester of pregnancy and lost her child to miscarriage a few days later.<\/p>\n<p>The AFLD founder explained how losing a pregnancy \u201cin the second trimester is not very common,\u201d and that the typical reason this happens is that \u201cthe placenta has some kind of failure.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This can occur, she said, with pregnant mothers who become infected with COVID-19, as is documented in the AFLD\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/news\/frontline-doctors-experimental-vaccines-not-safer-than-covid-19\">white paper<\/a>\u00a0on the topic.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe concern with the experimental COVID vaccine is that it may mimic kind of a permanent COVID status,\u201d she explained. \u201cSo, you&#8217;re taking a situation that would be time limited,\u201d only for the short duration one endures an infection with the virus, with even the sad possibility of having a miscarriage due to the virus.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut what would be much worse,\u201d Gold said, would be a scenario where a woman \u201cforever more cannot maintain a pregnancy\u201d because of receiving an experimental COVID-19 vaccine. \u201cSo, instead of just the one-time episode of the illness,\u201d Gold continued, a woman may find she instead has \u201ca lifelong episode of infertility.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Given that the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/coronavirus\/2019-ncov\/hcp\/planning-scenarios.html\">survival rate<\/a>\u00a0for individuals under 50 years is 99.98% (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/news\/frontline-doctors-experimental-vaccines-not-safer-than-covid-19\"><em>without\u00a0<\/em>early treatment<\/a>), Dr. Gold emphasized that \u201cit&#8217;s lunacy to get this experimental vaccine if you&#8217;re a young female. It&#8217;s that simple \u2026 I would flat out forbid any young female from getting this vaccine, and I think it&#8217;s very unethical for any physician to offer this to a young female.\u201d<\/p>\n<h4>Nuremburg Code of 1947: Informed Consent Lacking for experimental vaccine<\/h4>\n<p>Malkin also raised the question of the importance of informed consent in standard medical ethics as defined and universally adopted at Nuremburg in 1947.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cirp.org\/library\/ethics\/nuremberg\/\">Nuremburg Code<\/a>\u00a0came about as a result of the post-World War II trials, convictions and executions of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Doctors%27_trial\">Nazi doctors<\/a>\u00a0who had conducted deadly experiments, without the subjects\u2019 consent, on prisoners of war.<\/p>\n<p>The Code\u2019s first and most extensive principle provides the strict conditions for establishing voluntary consent, including that the individual may not be exposed to \u201cany element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion.\u201d In addition, they must have \u201csufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Referring back to the young pregnant physician who received the injections, and the importance of knowing they are experimental, Gold stated, \u201cI don&#8217;t even think she knows [the vaccine] was an experimental status only. I&#8217;ve had so many conversations with people that don&#8217;t even realize it&#8217;s investigational status, so how is that informed consent?\u201d she asked. \u201cThey don&#8217;t write it anywhere,\u201d and one has to search diligently to find the paperwork confirming the investigational status.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo that&#8217;s the beginning and end of the discussion. This is not informed consent. You don&#8217;t even know it&#8217;s investigational. And very important investigational meds can never be coerced by federal law,\u201d she affirmed.<\/p>\n<h4>\u2018Shocking\u2019 Censorship a \u2018crime against humanity,\u2019 \u2018breathtaking in its scope\u2019<\/h4>\n<p>In a AFLD\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/news\/frontline-doctors-experimental-vaccines-not-safer-than-covid-19\">white paper<\/a>, the physicians write how the \u201c(m)ost notable\u201d disinformation regarding the pandemic, \u201cwas selling the lie to the American and European people that hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) is an unsafe medication.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As HCQ is \u201cconsidered one of the safest medications in the world, safer than Motrin or Tylenol,\u201d it has been broadly used outside the west with great success. For example, in response to the virus,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/news\/india-develops-covid-treatment-kit-for-less-than-3-per-person-with-miraculous-ivermectin\">India<\/a>\u00a0recommended HCQ for its population early last year, and \u201ccontinues to enjoy a death rate a fraction (~10 percent) of the USA even in the most densely populated slums.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Gold also pointed out\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/news\/youtube-bans-frontline-doctors-speech-criticizing-experimental-agent-covid-vaccine\">elsewhere<\/a>\u00a0that in \u201cSub-Sahara Africa, the poorest places in the world, no social distancing, no mask, no ICU\u2019s, they have a death rate of one percent the western nations. One percent!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow I believe it is due to widely available HCQ. I don\u2019t think you can explain it for any other reason,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>With Malkin she affirmed that AFLD, a volunteer physicians\u2019 organization, exists to \u201cput out the truth that&#8217;s been\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/opinion\/why-are-google-facebook-twitter-so-bent-on-censoring-doctors-who-promote-cure-for-covid\">censored<\/a>,\u201d on these medical topics.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI&#8217;m stunned at the degree of censorship and the rapidity of it\u201d in these recent months, Gold said.\u00a0 \u201cIt&#8217;s shocking to me that we can fool people into thinking a drug that&#8217;s the most commonly used drug in India (HCQ) for decades \u2026 is unsafe.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHonestly, I don&#8217;t expect it, but this really needs to be almost [treated] like a NAZI war crime tribunal,\u201d she said. The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/blogs\/us-frontline-doctors-expose-criminal-campaign-by-tech-giants-govt-agencies-to-block-covid-cure\">censorship<\/a>\u00a0\u201chas been such a crime against humanity. It&#8217;s breathtaking in its scope.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Gold was also sure to encourage people to have HCQ on hand, as \u201cit works if you\u00a0take it earlier prophylactically\u201d or as early treatment. And since \u201cit can be very difficult to get from your own doctor,\u201d AFLD has\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.americasfrontlinedoctors.com\/how-do-i-get-covid-19-medication\/\">made it available at their website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4>How to identify propaganda: What was the data prior to the controversy?<\/h4>\n<p>Malkin followed-up asking how regular people can actually recognize what is true on these topics when they lack expertise.<\/p>\n<p>Gold explained that she wrote a little book on that topic titled,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodreads.com\/book\/show\/55754878-i-do-not-consent\"><em>I Do Not Consent: My Fight Against Medical Cancel Culture<\/em><\/a>, in order to teach readers how to \u201crecognize propaganda in real time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere&#8217;s ultimately only two sources of information,\u201d she said, \u201cif you actually know the content yourself, or you know somebody that you trust that you personally vetted.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow a little trick that you can use \u2026 is [to ask] what did the science or the data say prior to the controversy? What did the data in scientific journals say about hydroxychloroquine prior to 2020? What did the data in the scientific journals say about masks prior to 2020?\u201d Gold advised.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOne of the ways I recognized that we were living through a lie was\u00a0<em>not<\/em>\u00a0because I&#8217;m a physician,\u201d she said. \u201cIt&#8217;s because I said to my physician peers, \u2018how could you say (HCQ) is not safe? It&#8217;s been around for 65 years. It&#8217;s been studied up the wazoo, it&#8217;s been given billions of times in massive doses for years to old people and immune compromised people and to babies and to pregnant women. How can you say it&#8217;s not safe?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Thus, when a person said to her that they had a safety concern, \u201cI knew that that wasn&#8217;t true because of all the evidence prior to the controversy,\u201d she concluded.<\/p>\n<h4>Medical Journals involved in propaganda at the behest of Big Pharma<\/h4>\n<p>Gold said such propaganda can even come through highly credentialled medical journals, including the case of\u00a0<em>The Lancet<\/em>\u00a0which had to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thelancet.com\/journals\/lancet\/article\/PIIS0140-6736(20)31324-6\/fulltext\">retract<\/a>\u00a0a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thelancet.com\/journals\/lancet\/article\/PIIS0140-6736(20)31180-6\/fulltext\">published study<\/a>\u00a0whose stated findings proposed dangers to the use of HCQ as a treatment for COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>She also related a similar story regarding a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/jamanetwork.com\/journals\/jamanetworkopen\/fullarticle\/2765499?resultClick=1\">JAMA study<\/a>\u00a0which she personally examined and characterized as \u201ccomplete garbage,\u201d to the extent that it had \u201calmost like shaken me to my core\u201d that such a piece of work could be published in a credible medical journal.<\/p>\n<p>Getting to the bottom of the cause of this, Gold observed \u201cwhen you look into it more deeply it\u00a0turns out,\u201d that \u201creally the only advertisers\u201d for such medical journals, \u201care pharmaceutical\u00a0companies.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Thus, these journals must \u201cbow\u201d to the desires of these big pharma corporations. She made reference to a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ZYgiCALEdpE\">video of the former health minister of France, Philippe Douste-Blazy<\/a>, who revealed on a French news program that he was present at a meeting where the heads of at least two of the most prestigious medical journals in the world,\u00a0<em>The Lancet<\/em>\u00a0and the\u00a0<em>New England Journal of Medicine<\/em>, \u201cadmitted that they have to do what the pharmaceutical companies say.\u201d<\/p>\n<h4>Don\u2019t throw out your own common sense in favor of an expert<\/h4>\n<p>Gold further advised, \u201cyou should not throw out your own common sense in favor of an expert. That&#8217;s not to say the expert may not be right. They may be right, but you should not automatically assume the expert is correct. You must find a source that you trust and believe.
