Manchester is adorned with the sacred trophy of a cotton bol atop the spire at City Hall. – a symbol that forever links the industrial revolution to the American Civil War.<\/b><\/p>\n
The US Civil War of 1861-1865 was fought when the South preferred to use slaves and refused to employ industrial methods to compete and keep-up with Manchester’s cotton industry.<\/p>\n
Slavery was proving too slow for US industrialists so the Civil War served to hand privately owned plantations to big cotton “corporations” who, by their leverage with politicians cavorting with the “Corona”, could justify taxpayer funds and borrowed fiat currency to build expensive railroads.<\/p>\n
…And here we are today, where the non-essential workers of 2020 are akin to the non-essential slaves of 1864… except for skin color in most cases.<\/p>\n
It should now be clear that the US Civil War marked the end of American independence from Britain by having brother murder brother with no need for Britain to invade America – yet again – in order to take back control of the US economy.<\/p>\n
