Rand Paul, John Roberts, and Adam Schiff know this."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Last October, I said if Eric Ciaramella is exposed to be the whistleblower, the entire impeachment debacle would crumble. Today, this was confirmed by Rand Paul and John Roberts.<\/h2>\n<p><!--more--><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6064\" src=\"http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Screen-Shot-2020-01-31-at-10.19.41-AM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"760\" height=\"384\" srcset=\"http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Screen-Shot-2020-01-31-at-10.19.41-AM.png 760w, http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Screen-Shot-2020-01-31-at-10.19.41-AM-300x152.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 760px) 100vw, 760px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>by JD Rucker<br \/>\nNOQ Report<\/p>\n<p>On the second day of questions being asked from Senators through Chief Justice John Roberts, the presiding judge continued blocking questions from Senator Rand Paul that named the alleged whistleblower,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/noqreport.com\/2019\/12\/29\/real-reason-eric-ciaramella-protected-fervently\/\">Eric Ciaramella<\/a>. He has this power, at least partially, as he is presiding over the impeachment trial. But there are arguments that could be made that since the Senate has the sole constitutional power to try the impeachment, a Senate majority ultimately has the power to overturn any decisions the Chief Justice makes.<\/p>\n<p>That likely won\u2019t happen, but we\u2019ll wait and see. In the meantime, conservatives are steaming over Roberts\u2019 quashing of Paul as well as threats by Democrats to punish him for his impudence.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Why was Rand Paul&#39;s question not asked? As I noted last October,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/noqreport.com\/2019\/10\/30\/eric-ciaramella-really-whistleblower-whole-impeachment-narrative-decimated\/\">if Ciaramella is, indeed, the whistleblower, the Democrats\u2019 narrative surrounding impeachment gets shredded<\/a>. Moreover, Schiff\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/bro-like-schiff-aide-was-white-house-friend-of-alleged-whistleblower-eric-ciaramella\">clear attachment<\/a>\u00a0to the whistleblower and the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/noqreport.com\/2019\/10\/02\/actual-crime-adam-schiff-lying-whistleblower-whole-time\/\">lies he\u2019s been telling<\/a> about not knowing who he is make Ciaramella a double-edged sword for the Congressman.<\/p>\n<p>The question today that some are asking is whether or not the Chief Justice is putting his thumb on the scales of justice to benefit Democrats. It seems conspicuous that he\u2019s so adamant about not allowing the whistleblower\u2019s name to be mentioned. Is he simply being cautious for the sake of the whistleblower and for himself out of concern that reading a question with his name will somehow prompt retribution against him? This would seem to fit with Roberts\u2019 modus operandi.<\/p>\n<p>Then again, he has been very subtle in his attacks on President Trump, but not subtle enough to hide the fact that he doesn\u2019t care for the man in the Oval Office. He also has access to heaps of information others simply cannot see. Does he know Ciaramella\u2019s past would come back to haunt the Democrats\u2019 case if he is exposed as the whistleblower?<\/p>\n<p>We may never know for sure, but it certainly seems like the Chief Justice\u2019s avoidance of allowing a commonly believed fact to enter into the proceedings means he\u2019s protecting more than his own self-interests or Ciaramella\u2019s safety. If Ciaramella is brought openly into the impeachment trial, mainstream media and government agencies will have a de facto green light to talk about him. What they reveal may be too damaging to the Democrats\u2019 case for the Chief Justice to allow.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s what we know about Eric Ciaramella:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current CIA analyst<\/li>\n<li>Former NSC Ukraine director, a fact that makes his testimony relevant whether he\u2019s the whistleblower or not<\/li>\n<li>Former employee of the World Bank<\/li>\n<li>After being removed from the NSC following apparent leaks to the press, he was\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cernovich.com\/2017-cernovich-article-meet-eric-ciaramella-h-r-mcmaster-appoints-susan-rice-ally-to-be-his-personal-aide\/\">brought in by former National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster to be his personal assistant<\/a><\/li>\n<li>In the early days of the Trump administration, Ciaramella and Sean Misko (who now works for Adam Schiff) were overheard saying\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/noqreport.com\/2020\/01\/22\/eric-ciaramella-sean-misko-discussed-how-to-take-out-president-trump-in-2017-report\/\">they would \u201ctake out\u201d President Trump<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Under the Obama administration, Ciaramella facilitated a meeting between Ukrainian prosecutors and the White House to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/noqreport.com\/2020\/01\/23\/unpacking-laura-ingrahams-bombshell-report-on-eric-ciaramella-the-bidens-and-ken-vogel\/\">discuss the Burisma investigation and Hunter Biden<\/a>, another reason he\u2019s a valid witness<\/li>\n<li>Late last year, I speculated that\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/noqreport.com\/2019\/12\/29\/real-reason-eric-ciaramella-protected-fervently\/\">Ciaramella may have been more interested in protecting his own interests<\/a>\u00a0than those of Joe Biden with ties that connect him to 2016 election interference<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you add it all up, you can see the pickle the Democrats are in with Ciaramella. He wasn\u2019t a patriotic American fulfilling his solemn duty when he blew the whistle on President Trump. This was the culmination of years of work\u2014from 2016 Spygate all the way through to the phone call between President Trump and President Zelensky\u2014that demonstrates what we\u2019re seeing today: a long-term campaign for a soft coup against the President.<\/p>\n<p>Ciaramella\u2019s involvement ties it all together. He was there when people in Obama\u2019s Department of Justice were setting up Trump campaign and administration officials like Carter Page and General Michael Flynn. He was there to blow the whistle about President Trump allegedly firing then-FBI Director James Comey because Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered him to do so. As a result,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/laura-ingraham-congressional-investigators-seek-alleged-whistleblower-email-cited-in-mueller-report\">Ciaramella is in the Mueller Report<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>While the general public is mostly unaware of who Ciaramella is if they\u2019ve even heard his name (and they probably haven\u2019t if they get their news from\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/noqreport.com\/2020\/01\/30\/matt-wolking-drops-perfect-response-to-jake-tappers-complaint-about-mentioning-eric-ciaramella\/\">mainstream media<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/noqreport.com\/2019\/11\/07\/facebook-wiping-posts-mention-eric-ciaramella-threatening-unpublish-page\/\">Facebook<\/a>), those who have been following closely, like Rand Paul, realize that if he is brought into the impeachment proceedings, the truth will come to light. What is the truth? This impeachment mess is not a response to a phone call between world leaders. It\u2019s the culmination of a systematic attack on our republic by the \u201cDeep State,\u201d the Democrats, and mainstream media to either overturn the results of the 2016 election, subvert the 2020 election, or both.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s another important reason the Democrats don\u2019t want Ciaramella to be let out of the bag. If he\u2019s brought out, Intelligence Community Inspector\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/noqreport.com\/2020\/01\/06\/adam-schiff-michael-atkinson-transcript\/\">General Michael Atkinson is in play<\/a>. His is the only testimony that hasn\u2019t been released from the initial House impeachment hearings in the infamous \u201cSCIF.\u201d According to ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee Devin Nunes, what Atkinson said was damning to the Democrats in general and Adam Schiff in particular.<\/p>\n<p>This is a complex web, one that\u2019s hard to see as a whole without inserting Eric Ciaramella into the center of it. But his identity and connections to the whole sordid affair are being blocked at every turn. If President Trump\u2019s defense would be allowed to face him and expose his long history of trying to take down the President that goes back to before the 2016 election, it would shift public sentiment and send the House Managers\u2019 case crumbling to the ground.<\/p>\n<p>Democrats have been crying \u201ccover up\u201d since the Senate trial began. The only true cover up is being done by Adam Schiff, John Roberts, and mainstream media.
