Nevertheless, the term &#8220;flu&#8221; (later synonymous with a &#8220;virus&#8221;) was attributed by rewriting history of the Spanish Flu pandemic even though the infectious particle was 100% theoretical in 1918.<\/p>\n<p>The Spanish Flu could have been as much a bacteria and a virus.
