The firm\u00a0works to help white men \u201cawaken together.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"twitter-tweet twitter-tweet-rendered\"><iframe id=\"twitter-widget-0\" class=\"\" title=\"Twitter Tweet\" src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/embed\/Tweet.html?dnt=true&amp;embedId=twitter-widget-0&amp;features=eyJ0ZndfZXhwZXJpbWVudHNfY29va2llX2V4cGlyYXRpb24iOnsiYnVja2V0IjoxMjA5NjAwLCJ2ZXJzaW9uIjpudWxsfSwidGZ3X2hvcml6b25fdHdlZXRfZW1iZWRfOTU1NSI6eyJidWNrZXQiOiJodGUiLCJ2ZXJzaW9uIjpudWxsfSwidGZ3X3R3ZWV0X2VtYmVkX2NsaWNrYWJpbGl0eV8xMjEwMiI6eyJidWNrZXQiOiJjb250cm9sIiwidmVyc2lvbiI6bnVsbH19&amp;frame=false&amp;hideCard=false&amp;hideThread=false&amp;id=1397628808220475392&amp;lang=en&amp;origin=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.nationalreview.com%2Fnews%2Flockheed-martin-put-executives-through-training-to-unlearn-white-male-privilege-report%2F&amp;sessionId=db1abec179bf8727f86bfb15bfdc42df4ad6c562&amp;theme=light&amp;widgetsVersion=82e1070%3A1619632193066&amp;width=550px\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-tweet-id=\"1397628808220475392\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The training began with a \u201cfree association\u201d exercise which asked the Lockheed executives to list words associated with \u201cwhite men.\u201d The trainers listed\u00a0\u201cold, racist, privileged, anti-women, angry, Aryan Nation, KKK, Founding fathers, guns, guilty, can\u2019t jump,\u201d according to Rufo.<\/p>\n<p>The diversity trainers posed the question, \u201cWhat\u2019s in it for white men?\u201d A list of responses included, \u201cI won\u2019t get replaced by someone who is a better full diversity partner,\u201d \u201c[I will] improve the brand, image, reputation of white men,\u201d and \u201cI [will] have less nagging sense of guilt that I am the problem.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The consulting firm claims that the \u201croots of white male culture\u201d include traits such as \u201crugged individualism,\u201d \u201ca can-do attitude,\u201d \u201chard work,\u201d \u201coperating from principles,\u201d and \u201cstriving towards success\u201d\u2014which are \u201cdevastating\u201d to women and minorities.<\/p>\n<p>The employees were also asked to recite and internalize 50 \u201cwhite privilege statements,\u201d including: \u201cMy culture teaches me to minimize the perspectives and powers of people of other races\u201d; \u201cI can commit acts of terrorism, violence or crime and not have it attributed to my race.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>After the participants finished their white privilege statements, they were asked to recite and internalize 59 \u201cmale privilege statements,\u201d including: \u201cMy earning potential is 15-33% higher than a woman\u2019s\u201d; \u201cMy reproductive organs are not seen as the property of other men, the government, and\/or even strangers because of my gender.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>For the final step, the employees recited and internalized 59 \u201cheterosexual privilege statements,\u201d including: \u201cI am not asked to think about why I am straight\u201d; \u201cI can have friendships with or work around children without being accused of recruiting or molesting them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The training concluded by asking the participants to read a list of \u201cI\u2019m tired\u201d statements attributed to fictitious people of color and woman, such as \u201cI\u2019m tired of being Black\u201d; \u201cI\u2019m tired of Black boys\/girls being murdered\u201d; \u201cI\u2019m tired of \u2026 the concept that we should be \u2018colorblind.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is pure neoracism from a company that receives billions of taxpayer dollars every year,\u201d Rufo said in a tweet thread sharing his reporting. \u201cI call on the United States Senate to launch an immediate inquiry into the racist practices at\u00a0@LockheedMartin.
