In doing so, he alleged that the state\u2019s other 120 counties had properly completed absentee ballot transfer forms.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier Monday, Mariska Bodison with the county\u2019s Board of Registration and Elections told the Georgia Star News that \u201c<strong>a few forms are missing<\/strong>\u201d when asked for documentation on approximately 19,000 absentee ballots that were said to have been placed in drop boxes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The forms that are not available at this time would detail the chain of custody for the ballots<\/strong>. They are required by law.<\/p>\n<p>A Fulton County spokeswoman told The Epoch Times in an email that the county \u201cfollowed procedures for the collection of absentee ballots from Fulton County drop boxes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe maintain a large quantity of documents and researching our files from last year to produce the ballot transfer forms. We have been in communication with the Secretary of State\u2019s office to update them of our progress on this matter,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>Democrat Joe Biden won Georgia by under 12,000 votes. Biden typically received more mail-in ballots in each state, and Georgia was no exception. While former President Donald Trump received over 254,000 more Election Day votes than Biden, Biden received over 848,000 absentee ballots compared to Trump\u2019s 450,522.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"caption caption-img inline-images image-style-inline-images\" role=\"group\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.zerohedge.com\/s3fs-public\/styles\/inline_image_mobile\/public\/inline-images\/workers-in-arena-1200x800_0.jpg?itok=6uNWclos\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" data-entity-type=\"file\" data-entity-uuid=\"429a52a8-a18f-451f-a445-4a5aa3d375ba\" data-responsive-image-style=\"inline_images\" \/><figcaption><em>Election workers count Fulton County ballots at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Ga., on Nov. 4, 2020. (Jessica McGowan\/Getty Images)<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Trump has said the 2020 election was rife with fraud, particularly in the swing states like Georgia.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>Whether it be voting machines, underaged people, dead people, illegal aliens, ballot drops, ballot cheating, absentee ballots, post office delivery (or lack thereof!), lock boxes, people being paid to vote, or other things, the 2020 Presidential Election is, in my mind, the Crime of the Century<\/strong>,\u201d he claimed in a June 12 statement.<\/p>\n<p>A group of Georgia voters that alleged in a petition last year that they witnessed an \u201cabnormal\u201d increase in Biden\u2019s vote count in Fulton County while performing election observation was slated to obtain images of the county\u2019s absentee ballots late last month.<\/p>\n<p>But the judge overseeing the case\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/georgia-judge-postpones-election-ballot-examination-after-county-files-motion-to-dismiss_3833447.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">decided to delay the visit<\/a>\u00a0to the county\u2019s ballot storage warehouse, where the images were to be taken by county workers while petitioners or their representatives watched, until he rules on motions to dismiss filed by the county\u2019s Board of Registrations and Elections and two other county agencies.<\/p>\n<p>Garland Favorito, head of the Voter GA election integrity group, and a petitioner, told The Epoch Times that the new admission of missing forms could be used in the ongoing case at some point, but he would have to discuss that matter with his attorney.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Favorito believes the missing forms \u201ccould explain why we saw counterfeit ballots.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Those ballots \u201ccould have originated from these drop boxes that don\u2019t have chain of custody forms,\u201d he added. \u201cSo I think there is a connection there.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Susan Voyles, a poll manager who worked on a recount in November 2020,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/georgia-polling-manager-tells-lawmakers-about-box-with-pristine-ballots_3604800.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">has said<\/a>\u00a0she handled ballots she believes were fraudulent or fabricated. Her affidavit was cited in the Fulton County petition, as were affidavits from\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/georgia-recount-witnesses-saw-trump-votes-counted-for-biden-batches-of-suspicious-mail-ballots_3585027.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">others who participated in the recount<\/a>\u00a0and said they saw ballots they believe were fake.
