LifeSiteNews was on site, interviewing many of the participants.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"rumble entryid-embed\" src=\"https:\/\/rumble.com\/embed\/vfxcgh\/?pub=7phg5\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The first ever national\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/themensmarch.com\/\">Men\u2019s March<\/a>, organized by Fr. Stephen Imbarrato and Catholic radio host\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCAIBO8e1OzfJ16nXiLKfPtw\">Jim Havens<\/a>, took place last Saturday, on the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary.<\/p>\n<p>Men were dressed in suits while clerics wore their cassocks. The abortionist at this clinic,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/tags\/tag\/cesare+santangelo\">Dr. Cesare Santangelo<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/news\/close-down-dc-abortionist-who-pledged-to-commit-infanticide-pro-life-lead\">was caught on tape in 2013 agreeing to deny medical care to a viable child who survives an abortion<\/a>. The men then proceeded to march to the White House.<\/p>\n<p>In a conversation with LifeSiteNews, event organizer Jim Havens warned young men who are considering taking their wives or girlfriends to an abortion clinic not to \u201cfall into the lie of abortion.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe truth is, this child is already here; this child is already infinitely valuable, as [are] you, as is that mom,\u201d he continued. \u201cTell her that you\u2019re going to be there to support her, to support that child and step up as a man.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Fr. Stephen Imbarrato counseled, \u201cEvery abortion wounds a woman, and a man is involved in every single abortion, so I think the abortion industry, the culture of death, wants to marginalize men and tell men, \u2018It\u2019s not any of your business.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He compared the men of today to Adam, who blamed Eve after eating the forbidden fruit in the Garden of Eden. \u201cMen need to stand up, and stand up for women, try to protect women from being wounded and of course protect the most vulnerable, our babies,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n<p>Brother Pio, a Franciscan friar of Primitive Observance, told LifeSiteNews that he came to \u201cbe a voice for the voiceless.\u201d He explained that the family is the \u201cdomestic church,\u201d and fatherhood \u201chas been under attack for years in the media.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jeff Joaquin, a father who deeply regrets allowing his baby to be aborted, told men that if they made the same decision, they would \u201cnever be able to get away\u201d from the loss of their child.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMen are the protectors, the providers, the leaders,\u201d said John Hinterlong, president of the Right to Life League. \u201cThey should not abdicate their responsibility, including women.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Tyrone Wheeler, from New Calvary Baptist Church, commented, \u201cIt takes two people to make a baby and I think that both have 100% say \u2026 in the direction of that child coming to life.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs a father and a grandfather, I\u2019m glad that I had a choice in making those beautiful human beings,\u201d he continued. \u201cOnce you do create a child, be responsible and let that child come to this earth.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Msgr. Charles Pope called on pro-abortion self-professed Catholic President Joe Biden to \u201crepent.\u201d He voiced concern, \u201cnot just for him but for so many officials who risk their immortal souls. They are going to be judged, and they\u2019ve been given great responsibilities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPlease listen to the Church; listen to the Lord,\u201d he implored. \u201cProtect life from the beginning of conception until natural death. Don\u2019t be afraid. There are many of us here who will give you support and encouragement.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201c85% of abortions are committed on single women, which means that there was an act of fornication,\u201d Pope continued. \u201cThis has to stop. So, we men have got to pledge to live chastely and we\u2019ve got to summon our sons \u2026 to this same chastity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf this nation would start living chastely, 85% of abortions would go away,\u201d he concluded.<\/p>\n<p>Former abortionist Dr. Anthony Levantino said that it is imperative that people know that abortions are gruesome procedures.<\/p>\n<p>He warned young men who consider aborting their child: \u201cThis isn\u2019t just some embryo. It isn\u2019t even just some baby.
