When we began this project, it was presumed a few attorneys would be interviewed, and voila, we could construct a \u201cHow To\u201d plan for those facing the Employer Mandated Jab to keep their jobs and feed their Families.\u00a0 <\/span>The first nationally involved interviewee dashed those hopes like a floundering ship driven onto the jagged shore during a wild \u201c100 year\u201d gale.\u00a0 <\/span>That description may be closer to the truth than anyone realized.\u00a0 <\/span>There is hope, but it will take a concerted effort and stamina to maintain it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Know this:<\/b> <\/span>they are able to do this to us because<\/span> our Court system, Law Enforcement (mainly the Sheriffs), and our Legislators are corrupted down to the local level.\u00a0 <\/span>The District Attorney in San Francisco will no longer prosecute shop lifting and petty thefts.\u00a0 <\/span>The Politicians are only concerned with power and their move \u201cup the ladder\u201d to their next public office.\u00a0 <\/span>These people have forgotten they actually work for us, the People.\u00a0 <\/span>They have Not read any Constitution, federal or state.<\/span><\/p>\n

In our conversations with the few attorneys who would actually allow an interview it was quickly learned the Constitution actually applies <\/span>directly to a \u201cgovernment action\u201d.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>All the federal government did was issue an Emergency Use Authorization (\u201cEUA\u201d); the Feds required NOTHING of the citizens<\/b>.\u00a0 <\/span>The feds then strongly \u201csuggested\u201d the Private Corporations \u201crequire their employees to be jabbed as a condition of employment\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Private Corporation are treated as \u201cindividuals\u201d under the Law, so they have \u201crights\u201d too.\u00a0 <\/span>The attorneys quickly knew trying to take Constitutional rights issues before a Court would NOT be successful, and, indeed, these trial balloons have all failed as of this writing.\u00a0 <\/span>That persuaded many attorneys to change direction, IF THEY WOULD TAKE THESE cases at all.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Plainly stated, these cases are expensive and time consuming.\u00a0 <\/span>It costs the Firm easily $100,000 to work through the Courts.\u00a0 <\/span>A young Attorney with a Family cannot afford to take on this work.\u00a0 <\/span>That leaves us with the very Attorneys we want: someone standing on the principles of Liberty, Freedom, and Constitutional aspects.\u00a0 <\/span>There are not many willing to do this, but gratefully there are a few.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Attorneys taking cases are looking for specific parameters<\/span>.\u00a0 <\/span>THEY WANT TO WIN!<\/b>\u00a0 <\/span>Losses hurt our cause.\u00a0 <\/span>The Federal Judge in Houston who ruled in favor of Memoria Hospital\u2019s requirement of their employees to take the Jabs is a prime example.\u00a0 <\/span>THAT is being used now across the country against us!<\/span><\/p>\n

So\u2026what shall we do?<\/b>\u00a0 <\/span>We\u2019ll use two Attorneys and their approaches to school you in your best chances of success.\u00a0 <\/span>Each will offer to help you, but they may Not take on your case if there is little chance of prevailing in Court.\u00a0 <\/span>Of course, if you can afford to pay them, your chances of representation are likely assured.<\/span><\/p>\n

LIBERTY COUNSEL<\/b>, www.lc.org<\/span><\/a>, is actively taking these cases, but they are limiting their approach to the <\/span>TITLE 7, Religious Discrimination approach<\/span>.\u00a0 <\/span>They claim successes.\u00a0 <\/span>They feel their best \u201cbang for their bucks\u201d is here.\u00a0 <\/span>Their attorney, <\/span>Mr. R. Mast<\/b><\/span>, rmast@lc.org<\/span><\/a>,\u00a0 <\/span>is very knowledgeable.\u00a0 <\/span>He suggests you do the following if your employer requires you to take the Jab and inform your Employer by Certified Mail \u2013 return Receipt of these points:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Profess your complete belief Jesus Christ is your Lord and Personal Savior.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Profess your belief in the Power of Prayer, and state you have prayed extensively to Jesus.\u00a0 <\/span>He has answered your prayers and told you to avoid this Jab and all variants of it.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. While not necessary (according to prior Case Law), being an active Member of a Congregation will not hurt your cause.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Enlist your Pastor\u2019s support.\u00a0 <\/span>If no support, get a new Pastor.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Mr. Mast realizes this seemingly excludes other religions, but it actually does not.\u00a0 <\/span>They can do this too.\u00a0 <\/span>This is the Liberty Counsel\u2019s preferred case at this time<\/span><\/p>\n

    Ms. Patricia Finn<\/b><\/span>, https:\/\/www.patriciafinnattorney.com\/contact.html<\/span><\/a>, is a very active attorney in the \u201cVax\u201d world with many \u201cwins\u201d in her state of New York.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Ms. Finn prefers to attack the issue on Statutory Grounds<\/span> (Preferred – our opinion) and she has successfully done so. Ms. Finn is willing to help you if you contact her early in the process.\u00a0 <\/span>It is possible some of her approach may be understandably \u201cproprietary\u201d.\u00a0 <\/span>It was our impression Ms. Finn is committed to this cause and has the history to prove it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Here are our recommendations for those of you facing this, and Number One is most important:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Join a like-minded Support Group<\/b>.\u00a0 <\/span>In Arizona, the respected organization <\/span>Arizona Stands Up<\/b><\/span>, www.AZStandsUp.org<\/span><\/a> has a wealth of data to help you in this devastating process, and joining them increases your presence.\u00a0 <\/span>They are all volunteer and would welcome you.\u00a0 <\/span>There are \u201cState Stands Up\u201d<\/b> groups in other states. Find them.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Contact the attorneys listed above, Ms. Patricia Finn<\/b> or Mr. R Mast<\/b> and retain\u00a0 <\/span>the one best fitting your situation.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Rally your co-workers to this cause.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
