Pfizer\u2019s Confidential Government Contract Reveals Jaw-Dropping Terms<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Ehdan Biber, an information-security expert, discovered a Pfizer confidential government contract on an Albanian website that is so heavily biased that it literally converts governments into agents of Pfizer. Biber wrote that Ivermectin, an anti-parasite medicine that has been used successfully in several countries against COVID, was suppressed because the Pfizer contract requires that, even if a drug is found to treat COVID-19 effectively, the contract to continue buying products from Pfizer cannot be voided. The contract requires governments to commit to paying for the products even if they are not shipped on time, and no products may be returned. Governments must acknowledge that the effectiveness and potential adverse effects and injuries are unknown. The contract is written to supersede any local law of the state. It stipulates that the \u201c\u2018Purchaser (meaning the government) hereby agrees to indemnify, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS Pfizer, BioNTech (and) their Affiliates\u2026from and against any and all suits, claims, actions, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, settlements, penalties, fines, costs and expenses\u2026\u2019 The contract says that there is no limit to the immunity from prosecution bestowed upon Pfizer even if the company commits fraud. Finally, if the purchasing government fails to enforce these defenses on behalf of Pfizer, a court in New York has the authority and capacity to take the physical assets of that country and transfer them to Pfizer. One of the most stunning clauses stipulates: \u201cIf there are any laws or regulations in your country under which Pfizer could be prosecuted, you agree to CHANGE THE LAW OR REGULATION to close that off.\u201d -GEG<\/h3>\n

Unredacted contracts for the experimental biological agent known as the \u201cCOVID-19 vaccine\u201d between the Pfizer corporation and various governments continue to be revealed.<\/p>\n

Information security expert Ehden Biber<\/a><\/strong> told America\u2019s Frontline Doctors<\/em> (AFLDS) Frontline News <\/em><\/a><\/strong>that the first document<\/a><\/strong> to recently emerge was discovered by Albanian newspaper Gogo.al<\/a><\/strong><\/em>.\u00a0 Biber then was able to locate the digitally-signed Brazilian contract<\/a><\/strong>, and at least two others, one with the European Commission, and the other with the Dominican Republic.<\/p>\n

AFLDS Chief Science Officer Dr. Michael Yeadon<\/a><\/strong> responded to the revelations after perusing the Albania contract, saying it \u201clooks genuine.\u201d He continued: \u201cI know the basic anatomy of these agreements and nothing is missing that I\u2019d expect to be present, and I\u2019ve seen no clues that suggests it\u2019s fake.\u201d<\/p>\n

Yeadon noted what he found \u201cthe most stunning revelation,\u201d citing the clause that stipulates \u201cif there are any laws or regulations in your country under which Pfizer could be prosecuted, you agree to CHANGE THE LAW OR REGULATION to close that off.\u201d (emphasis his)<\/p>\n

In a Twitter thread<\/a><\/strong> that has since been removed except the first tweet in the thread, Biber explained the significance of the revealed agreements: \u201cBecause the cost of developing contracts is very high and time consuming (legal review cycles), Pfizer, like all corporations, develop a standardized agreement template and use these agreements with relatively minor adjustments in different countries.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese agreements are confidential, but luckily one country did not protect the contract document well enough, so I managed to get a hold of a copy.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs you are about to see, there is a good reason why Pfizer was fighting to hide the details of these contracts.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cFirst,\u201d Biber continues, \u201clet\u2019s talk about the product: The agreement not only covers manufacturing of vaccines for COVID-19 and its mutations, but also for \u2018any device, technology, or product used in the administration of or to enhance the use or effect of, such vaccine.\u2019<\/p>\n
