Children\u2019s Health Defense Responds to Biden\u2019s \u2018Declaration of War Against Unvaccinated\u2019<\/h1>\n

In a \u201cdeeply disturbing\u201d speech last week, President Biden exhorted medical coercion of an experimental gene therapy for a virus with a 99% survival rate for a large portion of the population, and for which no one bears financial liability in cases where injuries or deaths occur.<\/em><\/h3>\n

President Biden\u2019s speech<\/a> last week was stunning. As the Associated Press<\/a>aptly reported, the president pivoted from a war on the coronavirus to a war on the \u201cunvaccinated.\u201d<\/p>\n

Coercing the \u201cunvaccinated\u201d was the president\u2019s first and foremost point \u2014 the only way back to normal is through vaccination, testing and masks, he said.<\/p>\n

But the president went much further \u2014 he vilified the unvaccinated. They are not \u201cdoing the right thing.\u201d They are \u201ckeeping us from turning the corner.\u201d They are \u201cblocking public health.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe refusal [of the unvaccinated] has cost all of us,\u201d Biden said.<\/p>\n

Addressing the 80 million refusers, the president said, as if speaking to unruly children, \u201cour patience is wearing thin.\u201d<\/p>\n

He went further still, empathizing with the anger and anxiety of those who\u2019ve been vaccinated and thus presumably protected. He threatened, \u201cWe cannot let the unvaccinated undo this progress,\u201d although he muddled the words in delivery.<\/p>\n

Biden also took a potshot at dissenting doctors, suggesting they are \u201cconspiracy theorists,\u201d not \u201creal doctors.\u201d His comments echoed the calls of others<\/a>, including the Federation of State Medical Boards<\/a>, to take away the medical licenses of doctors who dare to raise questions about vaccine safety.<\/p>\n

The president\u2019s speech was deeply disturbing. Furthermore, Biden misled the public on vaccine approval. He suggested that because the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine<\/a> on Aug. 23, there\u2019s nothing more for the unvaccinated to \u201cwait for.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, the FDA has not licensed the Moderna<\/a>, Johnson & Johnson<\/a>(marketed as Janssen) and Pfizer-BioNTech<\/a> vaccines, and the licensed Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine is largely unavailable in the U.S.<\/p>\n

The shots that are available are overwhelmingly Emergency Use Authorization<\/a> only, to which federal law requires the right of refusal, under Title 21 U.S.C. \u00a7 360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As The Defender reported<\/a> last month, the administration\u2019s gambit on licensure is a cynical bait-and-switch<\/a> tactic.<\/p>\n
