President Donald Trump Sends Bill to the Obamas for Taxpayer-Funded Vacations

Ex-President Obama set up a $2.1 billion Department of
State-administered fund for junkets to foreign countries
over a 20 year period.  The arrangement included free
vacations for him and up to 24 members of his family, plus
staff and even a dog sitter until the year 2036.
