The\u00a0current Moderna vaccine might be creating a different\u00a0shape protein! How;<\/p>\n
I just found out that the same sequence of amino acids (same genetic sequence), but different codon usage can lead to different folding as a result of \u2018codon bias\u2019 which means\u00a0a different shape protein as you have explained in your studies!<\/strong><\/p>\n Prof.Baric and the VRC team have codon optimized the Sarscov2 sequence and sent it to Moderna on 14 Jan 2020. According to Prof.Xuhua Xia’s study, this sequence has many\u00a0unnecessary<\/strong>\u00a0codon changes\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC8310186\/<\/a><\/p>\n A deadly pathogen\u00a0could have been engineered long\u00a0ago\u00a0with necessary epitope parts same\u00a0as\u00a0the spike protein of the Moderna vaccine encoded spike (which is different\u00a0than Sarscov-2).\u00a0<\/strong>In this way Only Moderna vaccinated people would survive when this deadly pathogen would be released in the future!\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Why I started thinking of such a horrible scenario: Moderna vaccines have not been sold to over 165 countries. The\u00a0coincidence is that these are mostly the African and S.American countries where the vaccination is slow and they are still vaccinating their priority risk groups people (old, sick, handicap….). Couple of months ago Moderna announced not selling their vaccines to any new countries until the second half of 2022. Which means Moderna vaccines will reach those countries\u00a0at the time of vaccination of under<\/strong>\u00a060 years of healthy people<\/strong>!<\/p>\n So, The shape of the vaccine spike can be different! What if it is what I am afraid of, which\u00a0can\u00a0only be achieved by immunising target people by\u00a0a different\u00a0shaped\u00a0protein (to be the same as the protein of the real deadly pathogen) to give the intended immunity<\/strong>\u00a0by\u00a0using different (synonymous)\u00a0codons?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Nobody ever checked the\u00a0Moderna vaccine produced protein<\/strong>\u00a0structure having\u00a0new epitopes<\/strong>!<\/p>\n Can the structure of Moderna produced spike protein be compared with\u00a0Sarscov-2\u2019s\u00a0spike?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Can it be checked If Moderna received people creating any new, unknown, different antibodies?<\/strong><\/p>\n So\u00a0is it possible that, even if Moderna is using\u00a0the amino acid sequence of\u00a0Sarscov-2,\u00a0the\u00a0vaccine spike protein can still have the shape of a spike\u00a0of\u00a0another pathogen\u00a0due to many codon\u00a0changes?<\/p>\n This is a major defect if the vaccine protein structure is different.
